My experience with Frontier Waste Solutions has been great. We switched over from "the other guys" who were WAY more expensive and only showed up when they felt like it. From the moment I was contacted by my account representative, Mike, the service has been reliable and reasonably priced. I would recommend Frontier Waste to anyone as a trash service.

I have used this company, and the company that they bought out for the last 5 years. Recently I had a credit card compromised, and they charged me $10 to tell me that they needed a new card. I wasn't sure which company had compromised my information, so I put each company on a fresh card by themselves. Within the next month the card that I gave this company was compromised again, they were the only ones that had this card. When I contacted the company, they told me they had no reason to suspect it came from their company even though no one else had the card number. Their advice and direction, give them a third card and trust that it wouldn't happen again. I think not! If I choose to continue to use this company, which I highly doubt after then not attempting to fix or acknowledge the situation, I will be using money orders. Unfortunate that not only can you you can't trust anyone nowadays, they refuse to acknowledge the problem or take any kind of corrective action. Plus I got charged another ten dollars for them to tell me the card they stole the info off of, no longer works. Be careful with these guys! And despite their lovely public relations reply saying they were going to take care of it, they never replied. Today I have a lovely tag on the can because after my review they don't like how my trash is put into the can. They have inspired me to buy a burn barrel and I suggest you do too before EVER using this company!

My experience with these folks has been positive. They have been responsive and helpful.
They even had the previous dumpster removed by the former provider here that would not answer the phone or respond to voicemails. First I wanted to establish service with the other provider, after a complete failure to communicate I switched and needed their dumpster removed from the property. Frontier handled that and new service in a quick manner.

We used LMNT for 15+ years and have unfortunately recommended this company, which rolled over to Frontier, to many friends and new neighbors! Since Frontier took over, on several occasion we have had billing problems and/or non-communication problems such as they changed trucks and how the bins would be lifted, but didn’t bother to tell us, so they just passed us! No big deal to them!!
Today I got home and my bins had been taken away!! Gone! I called Frontier, they said our account was cancelled. We never cancelled!! She said they never have had a phone number nor email address to contact me. I asked how we could get this resolved. After being put on hold a long time she came back and said we would have to make a payment of $299. … our regular bill: $77, a bin return fee of $25 and something like $195 for reconnection fee to their service. WE NEVER CANCELLED!! We’ll find another service!! I advise any and everyone else to do the same!!

I contacted them by phone in March to end my service (billing upcoming was for April/May/June) -- They stopped the service but left the can. They tried to bill my credit card, and I used the website login to contact them asking why they were trying to bill me again. Never got a response. I got a HUGE envelope few months later saying I was past due for April/May/June. Had copies of each month with a $10. Meanwhile they still hadn't picked up the empty trash can. In Sept I wrote them again and told them to stop sending me bills, that my service was over, I owed nothing and to come get the trash can before I started billing them for storage. The NEXT day, someone got the trash can. Now at the end of Oct. I get a letter from a collection agency saying they are trying to collect a debt of 200+ dollars from Frontier Waste... Are you serious???

Frontier Waste was able to provide me 3 dumpsters on demand and it helped me out of a big problem. I had hired contractors to clear a vacant lot and load three 30 YD dumpsters, but on the day of the project, the prior dumpster company I had contracted with was unable to deliver them. Without the excellent customer service provided by Mike Magness, I would have lost $2K! Thank you Mike and thank you Frontier! David Woodward
