I asked Front Door Lettings to assist me with the final six months of a five year tenancy where the relationship between myself and my tenant was becoming difficult and I felt it was best to let professionals deal with the situation.
James and Elliott were extremely professional in dealing with my tenant and I was very relieved to be able to distance myself from the property. I think the tenant also appreciated being able to deal directly with them.
When it come to serving the Section 21 notice, I felt in very capable hands knowing they would do everything correctly and they were brilliant at liaising with council housing officers to facilitate a smooth transition for my tenant to vacate the property.
Not everything went to plan but Elliott dealt with the issues in a calm and measured way and this resulted in me getting my property back without the need for court action.
I am very grateful for everything they have done for me and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Very unprofessional service from this letting agency. I was due for a schedule viewing but the agent didn't turn up. No calls or text to let me know why the delay. Elliot who is the agent did not respond to my text either. Poor service and I don't recommend them

Between our first viewing on a different property, and 2nd viewing on this property we checked with the landlord if they would allow company lets which they wouldn't. The cancelation to your booking was then not passed onto you and we're sorry for that.
