Do not buy from this company. I recently put in an order and a MONTH later only half of what I paid for arrived. I received a GREY coloured seal for a white fridge. WHY??????? It doesn't even match!!! It is insulting to receive something this poor from a business. They then told me by phone that only a fridge seal had been made for me, and not the freezer one which was what I had paid for. I also paid express post fees thinking it would be a couple of days. Why even make Express post an option if it takes more than a MONTH to get to the buyer? I am beyond upset at this company for scamming a hard working Aussie out of her money. I regret spending my money on such a poor outcome.

Seal does not fit. We bought a MITSUBISHI MR-385C-ST-A – FRIDGE SEAL. We installed it following the instruction carefully, but it's too tight. It didn't fit even after blowing it with hair dryer extensively. The leak is even worse than the old original seal. Finally, switched back to the original seal and tilt the fridge slightly backward, so gravity does the work to keep the door closed. By the time it's solved, already passed the refund period. The seals are not from the original manufactuer. Buy them at your own risk.

I ordered a seal on the 17th January after ringing beforehand to confirm the appropriate seal for my fridge. I received a shipping notice on the 22nd January but don't believe that my order was actually shipped as I received a second shipping notice after inquiring about the first one on the 30th January. The seal arrived a couple of days later. This seal delivered did not fit my fridge even though I had provided my specific model number before ordering. I sent photos and tried to ring a number of times to get an answer on my seal. Many times the phone rang out or I received a terse response that a 'technician' would have to contact me. On the 8th Feb, I was contacted by Mark who told me that indeed my seal was wrong and that unfortunately they could not supply the correct one and that he would issue a refund. I received a system email on that day saying that I would get a refund. I thought that was the end of the issue, I queried Mark from Fridge Seals regarding the timing of the refund and was given a response that it would take 28 days to come through. This didn't happen, and I followed up with Mark and Megan again in March and received no response. I've now been waiting 2.5 months and have never received any refund.

Local, friendly and efficient business. Seals are easy to install yourself and they have lots of helpful online guides. I definitely recommend these guys!

I initially was looking at many sites when I wanted to buy replacements seals from my fridge last year. I then decided to to purchase from Fridge Seals and it was a total disaster. They sent my order wrong twice even though I explained the issue and sent them photos for proof. They pretty much failed to understand that the seals they sent were not the right fit for my fridge model even though their website listing/photo shows that it's for my fridge model. Communication is almost non-existent and I had to constantly chase them up about my order cancellation. I returned all the seals to them for a refund and it took about 10 days after AusPost tracking showed me that it was delivered to their warehouse, for them to finally respond to my email and initiate a refund to which they just informed me that it can take a further 28 days for me to receive the refund. I have been trying to get my order resolved since the beginning of January and it's already March. Worst company that I have ever dealt with and I hope others stay away!

I do apologise for your experience and the difficulties you experienced trying to communicate issues over emails. We were short staffed in our little team over our busiest period with an unprecedented amount of requests this year. However we have a full team back now, and have some videos on our website. Refunds once processed can take up to 28 days as that is Paypal's policy.

Long story short, they took 3 months to send my product out, and the communcation was non existent. They wouldn't even issue a refund. These guys are easily the worst Australian company i've ever dealt with.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I ordered new fridge and freezer seals on the 13th of January, paid for express postage and have heard absolute crickets. I've called up four times to follow up on my order and someone has answered the phone 1/4 times. The rest of the time it rings out. When my call did get answered last week, the lady informed me she had seen my order and it had been made and would be sent out that afternoon and she would email me the tracking number. Since that was over a week ago, I'm guessing that was a complete lie. No one is ordering fridge seals for fun so I highly advise you try somewhere else. What I'd really like is my fridge seals, but otherwise I'd like my $150 back - however I don't like my chances since no one answers the phone. [Update] I received my seals nearly a month after ordering and they don't fit. They're far too wide for the doors which can no longer close when they're fitted. Very much suggest you try somewhere else and don't make the same mistake I did.

Buyer beware. Terrible communication via email and phone. Told my order had been dispatched three times. Still hadn't left the warehouse 3 weeks after ordering. Asked for a refund, ordering elsewhere.

Ordered a seal for a skope TME650 but seal sent the measurements are to small. Emailed them with measurements of seal required and was happy to pay agian for another seal + delivery as maybe this fridge comes with different door seal sizes but no reply

Extremely poor customer service. Extremely poor communication. I would give 0 Stars if I could If you need something in a certain timeframe DO NOT use this place. I placed an order for a fridge seal and selected Express Post. After not seeing the item for more than two weeks, I emailed them for an update and they said they only dispatched the item out a few days ago... I asked for a refund on the additional Express Post cost that I paid as it was getting close to 3 weeks now. I was told no refund would be given and they stopped replying to my emails. Why even offer Express Post on a product that takes 3 weeks to deliver?
