My consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was having a problem with ‘jagged’ graphics on my laptop. Thier troubleshooting quickly got to the root cause of the problem and explained the solution in a way even a layman like myself could understand. Highly recommended service.

Being a Mac user, some computer services are a bit at sea when confronted with a Mac rather than a PC. Sam is the exception to this, having a comprehensive knowledge of both. I'd rung various 'experts' who prophesied doom and expense for my Mac which was doing very strange things. Sam checked it out and blew all the dust (from heaven knows where) and now my Mac is quiet and does what it should do! If I have any further problems then PC Consultancy will be my first port of call. Many thanks, Sam!
