The BEST moving service I have used. James and his crew were hardworking , meticulous workers. I have used 5 movers over the last years and Frenchy's go above and beyond your typical moving company. They even offer a cleaning service which was a lifesaver.

Very speedy response time when we were dealing with a time crunch, and the movers were very communicative, giving us their ETA. The move was seamless.

If I could give even more "stars" I would. James and James did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier! Not only did James respond very quickly to my inquiry, but the guys arrived on the same day which I definitely wasn't expecting. Not only that, they had to travel from NYC to Fairfield County - so not a short trip by any means. I needed to have my elliptical machine moved from the top floor to the basement - not an easy task given how "awkward" the machine is combined with the weight and risk of smashing the electronics......the guys handled the job very quickly and efficiently with ease - needless to say, I was very impressed. On top of the first rate responsiveness and excellent job they did, both James and James were incredibly friendly and nice guys - I could tell immediately upon meeting them that these are the kinds of guys I really enjoy dealing with. Hire these guys for your next job, I know I will be - believe me you won't regret it!

Frenchy Helping hands was great. I needed some furniture moved from the Bronx to Newburgh. It was a rainy day and traffic was backed up but they kept in communication about their arrival time. They took great care of my furniture wrapping it all in plastic. Everything went so smooth and I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Frenchy Helping hands was a life saver in 2017, packing our three-bedroom Cape belongings and loading them into a trailer for a cross-country move. Three years later, only a phone call away, they were there for my mother who was selling her home and moving out of state. They packed and moved her, staying well over the time scheduled for the job. At every step of the way, with every experience, James (and his crew) have gone above and beyond. This is who James is. He's affable, caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. Best yet, his prices are very reasonable. Thank you, James!

Their service, timeliness and caring attitude about my three generation antiques more than exceeded my expectations. I recommend them without hesitation.

I'd give 6 stars if I could! I cannot believe how great these guys were! They delivered a china cabinet to me and treated it like it was Venetian glass even though it was just an ordinary, used piece of furniture. They were really attentive about making sure they didn't bump into my walls even though the walkways are really narrow. Honestly I only had the one piece delivered with them but I'll be calling them for sure the next time I have a bigger move, or if I'm having something really delicate delivered like a piano! There was also a problem with the merchant totally unrelated to the delivery, and Frenchy's owner called the store on my behalf to bakc me up! Talk about above and beyond!

I had an antique glass cabinet moved and was very happy with the service. They wrapped it very securely and nicely. Most importantly, James was accommodating and patient with my schedule. I would definitely use them again!
