Michael and his staff are very accommodating and made the set-up of our processing account very smooth and from the start we began saving substantially each month with the lower rates they provide. Michael Miller is wonderful to work with. I started a new business in June 2021 and was getting hit hard with credit card fees. Mike took the time to go over a bill from my previous processing company and broke it down for me line by line. Switching to Freedom Processing was a very easy decision for me. He's already saving me so much money on fees. He's been available to answer any questions I've had. I will continue to refer him to all of my friends and family that own their own businesses. Made the switch to Freedom Processing just before the start of 2020 and am quite happy I did. As a small business, every penny counts. I was able to save about 50% on my credit card processing fees. That alone is a good enough reason to use Freedom Processing... but on top of the savings the customer service has been top notch. Any time I had a charge on my account I did not understand I was able to get answers quickly. Freedom Processing saved me money and has been very easy to deal with... what more could a business ask for?
