From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. It was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed.Eryka was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made us feel right at home.Overall, our stay at was an absolute pleasure. It was the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and relaxation. We can't wait to recommend it to our friends and family, and we hope to return ourselves someday soon!

Eryka was extremely responsive and an excellent communicator in regards to every area of our stay. Her instructions were super clear and all expectations were met. The place was super clean, organized, and beautifully laid out. It was my first experience using AirBnB and Eryka was a wonderful first host, 100% recommend staying in her units for any trip you’re planning!

Easy check-in. Convenient location. Large unit with two bathrooms and two bedrooms we enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed. Quiet, clean and 2 bathrooms/2 bedrooms was perfect for 2 couples. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and easy to feel at home in.

Very nice location near downtown and lots of activities and restaurants in the area. The home was clean and well equipped. We had fun, picking oranges and lemons and eating them fresh off the tree. The oranges were very sweet and delicious.

Eryka was a great host --- communicative, accurate, and wonderful to interact with pre/during/post-booking. A great spot too if you're traveling with a dog!

Our grandkids had a baseball tournament in Nipomo, and this place was perfect! It was a convenient 10 minute drive to and from the park, and the space is super cute & cozy and in a nice neighborhood. We stayed here with my daughter, her husband, and two kids, and it was a very confortable place for the 6 of us.Checking in and out was easy, and communication with the host was a breeze. We will definately consider staying here again.

Das Haus von Eryka ist sehr neu und ganz prima ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen.

We stayed at Ruben's place during a heat wave (temp 100+), once set, the AC worked great to keep the house cool. Coffee was provided along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, nice touch and much appreciated. We had our dog with us, the fenced in yard was great. The house is located only 0.5 miles from a river trail we walked each morning with our dog while we were staying. Location of the house is right off the highway, easy to find and very close to downtown. There is shopping nearby (Albertson's & Walmart across the highway) and close to a Tesla supercharger in the downtown area for EV drivers. Would recommend, especially if you have a dog and like to take morning walks.

Eryka was a responsive and friendly host, and the house was perfect for our group of six. It is in a great location, close to State Street, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend, and we will stay here again next time we visit Santa Barbara!

Me and my family really enjoyed my time at Eryka’s cabin. Her and her team truly made me feel like I was at home and more. The price was very competitive and the location was very good. To walk out on a 360 patio and see the smokies were breath taking. Any questions I had, she answered them in a timely fashion and I really appreciate how thorough she was with her instructions and suggestions. Definitely recommend this host if you want to be treated like family.

I will recommend this Airbnb to any of my friends/family that are visiting Santa Maria! We felt right at home and wished we could have stayed longer!

Eryka was a friendly, kind, and communicative host. The house is in a convenient location walkable to many restaurants on State Street. Note the house does not have central air, but there is a portable window unit. The furniture and rugs appear more worn than in the photos.
