From the moment of my first call for information until the day of the installation, the service has been excellent! Melinda, who answered the phone, was beyond great in answering all my questions and in providing advice as to what we needed to do in our new home. Tim came out prior to doing work to see our home, as we were unsure of exactly what our best options were, and he advised us on what we needed and didn't need. Tim and Kyle arrived on time the day the work was done and they did a fantastic job installing our TV, which included a fireplace mount, setting up our wireless internet service and account. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to do work! The service was A++++++!

These guys really know what they're doing! They came out and tested first and told me what channels I would get. They actually recommended a small antenna for me since I happened to be in a good area. They could have very easily sold me a huge antenna and I would have been happy with it, but they didn't sell me anything I didn't need. That's just good business! You have to be able to trust a contractor if you're going to hire them! I would trust these guys with any work I needed done! They installed the antenna about a week later after the estimate and boy did it turn out great! The antenna is small and hidden away, you can't see any wiring at all! They got it grounded properly so I don't have to worry about lightening. They got me all the channels that they said they would. They were even able to get me a few extra channels from Baltimore as well! They told me exactly which channels would be reliable and which channels would pixel-late in bad weather. They even hooked the antenna up to all six of my TVs! They called me the night before with a reminder, they even called when they were on the way! Great communication! The final bill was exactly what they said it would be at the estimate. no surprises! They were nice to my pets and kids, they wore shoe covers anytime they were in the house. They were respectful to my family and home. I couldn't be more happy with Frankton. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. A true class act!
