I needed help because I was in vehicle accident. I was referred to Ravi by a friend who was also in a car accident. Ravi was very kind , helpful and very knowledgeable. He listen to what I was going through and understood how I was affected by the accident. I am happy with the way I was treated by Ravi. Had a slip and fall accident that has altered my hand permanently. Contacted this lawyer for counsel and regret ever accepting to work with him. He didn't care at all about my case and you would be lucky to get any kind of real direction or even a decent level of communication from him. I did get a settlement that was almost nothing and completely unacceptable but at that point, I had already been with him for over a year and it didn't make sense to move to new counsel as the neglect that he provided for my case affected any other outcome. This lawyer is awful and I would not wish him on anyone with a valid case. At the point where the settlement was ready for signing and I didn't agree with the amount, he told me that I should find other counsel and he would not charge me for the work he'd done to that point. What lawyer says this to their clients??? Do yourself a favour and find a decent lawyer - this is definitely not him!

Would NEVER recommend this lawyer!

My family was referred to Robert and Franklin Law Firm by ICS Legal Services to pursue a tort case for a motor vehicle accident.
