She does great eyebrows, but you better not miss an appointment even if it’s an emergency. We were on a family vacation and our flight was canceled out of the blue and she charged my daughter who just graduated college $81 😳 and wouldn’t budge even with all the explanations we gave her. For someone who works from home I think her policies are way more drastic than any other established business. Unfortunately, we will not be going again and she not only lost 2 regular customers, but everyone else we were going to refer. To me very short sighted specially when you’re running a new business from home and you depend on referrals😕
Francis did an amazing job lifting and tinting my lashes i really love the way they came out.. i had been to different places but none of them compare to her work... also she did really good job with my eyebrows love the way she measure them to fit my face... i really recommend her she is very professional
Fran was truly amazing! Her attention to detail and care was exceptional. I recently moved to Georgia and this is definitely my new go to place for my eyebrows and eyelash perm. I can not believe I found a place on my first try. Thank you Fran!!! Looking forward to my future appointments.
