Our journey with Mr. Jimmy began with a small leak in our newly remodeled walk-in shower. We were told that the water was caustic, causing the grout to prematurely erode. Our next plan of action was to hire a home water treatment company. We called Express and Mr. Jimmy performed a home water test of which after viewing the results, we purchased a whole home filtration system.
Mr. Jimmy was very genuine, amiable and easy to talk to. After talking, we felt like we had known him for years. We highly recommend Express!!

I was advised to contact this company by a dear friend who was concerned about the health and wellbeing of my household.
I must admit that I was not truly impressed by the illustration when shown how they test water. It seemed like a magicians trick.
However after months of extremely dirty, putrid smells coming from my water faucets, we were desperate to get water that would be safe for drinking cooking bathing and brushing our teeth.
Jimmy was relentless in making that happen. He is loyal in his business. He continued to keep in touch even when I didn’t want to share my concerns our water was still not as expected. He worked diligently and tirelessly determined to get us quality water. He’s Simply The Best!!!

We could not be more thankful for Jimmy & his crew at Express Water Systems!!! Our water in Alexandria is beyond awful - we have had faucet handles leak from sediment, a shower head burst, not to mention the insanely strong smell of chlorine…. I was concerned for the health of my family, our pets and myself because this is the water we bathe in, brush our teeth, cook with on a daily basis…. When Jimmy came to the house he tested the tap water running through the kitchen sink (when I saw his kit, it gave me an idea I tested later) - there was definitely chlorine present, but I didn’t have anything quantitive to measure or norms… The science person in me needed more - so after he left and we agreed to install the system (because we knew we needed it), I took out my swimming pool test strips. Let’s just say, the cold water coming out of my kitchen faucet would have checked out as “good” for our SWIMMING POOL as far as chlorine levels and the pH was around 6.2 - absolutely crazy!!
After the install, we not only noticed how soft the water was, but we could actually SMELL our hand soap (not something I realized we weren’t even able to smell before because of the chlorine), the rust colored water was gone…. And so I pulled out my pool test strips again…
Straight cold tap water from the kitchen faucet: pH around 8.4, chlorine = 0

I've lived in Louisiana for 5 years. This place has the worst water E.V.E.R, of all the places I've lived. Our old filtration system was failing & maintenance was just too much. I was super excited when I came across Express Water systems online. Jimmy is the best guy!! His quality product delivers! He came through 100% and then some. I LOVE my water treatment system from Express Water System! Jimmy, the owner, was very knowledgeable of his product. I have noticed a difference in my skin and surprisingly, my hair.
