Matt is hands down the best loan agent I have worked with. Within 12 hours he provided me a pre-approved loan and an interest rate WELL lower than any rate I had been offered by 5 other agencies. When I explained to the other agencies what interest rate Matt told me he could get me (about .7% lower than ANY other rate I was offered), they assured me Matt was lying and could not possibly offer me that rate.
