My MacBook Pro just outright died. Apple said they could fix it but all they know how to do is replace parts. Any data I had- gone. Took it to local data recovery and they said it was too far gone and recommended these guys. Krys took a look. Motherboard had a bunch of embedded chips that were fried. He ordered new ones and hand welded them in. Got it restarted long enough to get the precious data off the drive. Then it crashed and was done forever. Krys literally saved my life. Would have taken me thousands of hours of work to try and recreate all the presentations I had on my drive. Lesson re-learned. Just because its 2023 and this stuff happens rarely. It still happens. Don't trust any electronic device. BACK UP always. This outfit should be renamed Mission Impossible Data Rescue. Thanks for a job well done.

One of my hard drives was no longer being recognized by my computer so I spent a few days trying to see if I could get it to work again. After a few days of trying without any luck I looked online to see where I could bring my hard drive to have my data recovered. I initially didn't go with Data Rescue Labs but reconsidered. The other data recovery lab told me that when I drop off my hard drive they would take 24-48 hours to do an initial assessment. This wasn't the case with Data Rescue Labs. Within less than 5 minutes after heading in and giving my troubled drive plus one of my spare drives for them to recover the data onto, they said that my bad drive had bad sectors on it and they pretty much started the work right away. I was given a quote and the estimated times of a few days to possibly a few weeks which I didn't mind. I took their business cards and left. Several days later they called and left me a text message saying that my data had been recovered. I was honestly expecting to wait a lot longer than I did. I dropped off my hard drive on the Friday before Thanksgiving weekend and got the call/message on Tuesday morning of the next week. When I got home and plugged in my spare drive, all the data that was recovered from my bad drive was there. I am overall extremely happy with their service and their quick turn around time (though this might not be the case for everyone). I would highly recommend their service for data recovery and I would certainly head back in the future if I need their services again. Thank you Data Rescue Labs.

I am so grateful to Krzys and his team for the service they offer. I got in touch with Data Rescue Labs after trying to get my daughter's iphone unlocked after she passed away; I couldn't find any company that could save the data until I read the reviews and they persuaded me to reach out. Data Rescue Labs not only saved my data but also fixed my iMac which I was told was unsalvageable from a computer repair shop I had brought it to previously. Very knowledgeable. My tablet wouldn't turn on and I had some important data (crypto wallet seeds)on the SSD. I didn't think I was going to be able to recover the data as the harddrive is soldered right to the motherboard. I brought it to Krysztof and he went above and beyond to get my data back. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

Great service. I had a great experience with them to restore all my data from my iPhone. While many other shops said it is impossible to restore data from an iPhone that is stuck in recovery mode or asked for unreasonable price, these guys did it in few hours. Pricing was fair and they were clear about their price from the beginning. They helped me in every possible way they could. They gave me my data, but when I asked them for the whole backup for my phone, they did it with no extra charge which was so kind of them. I will go back to them definitely in case I need any data recovery in future. Strongly recommend them.
