Kayla cancelled our appointment same day. I called and left a voicemail the same day to be rescheduled. No one ever returned my call. I have called twice more to be transferred between nurse lines and a call center. Everyone wants the other to find a spot because there are no appointments with her for months, even just a follow up that she cancelled. I decided to take my daughter somewhere else.
