When I called, I asked if Dr Hoopes performed the treatment I need, and I was told that he does, so we made the appointment, and I waited months to get in all while in need of treatment, and they made certain the treatment was covered by my insurance and got authorization for it, but when I drove all the way to the office to get the treatment, the medical assistant told me in the exam room that Dr Hoopes doesn’t perform that treatment.
Marissa is the best. Honest, thoughtful and patient. She has shaped a face routine that is simple and easy to stick to! People are asking if I had laser treatments done and truly it is just her magic (and I WILL be going back for said lasers). Lastly, the hair removal treatments she has done are quick and effective. I highly recommend!
Dr. Donnelly is absolutely wonderful. She is a knowledgeable doctor, and very compassionate. She has great listening skills and is always timely. The office staff and nurses are also good. I have been receiving care from Dr Donnelly for many years now and I’m so thankful she is my dermatologist.
