Called in to get a quote, Mark was very knowledgeable and actually advised me on how to fix the issue with my current security cameras however I am leaning towards going with Force just based on the customer service and superior wired devices.

I had Keith come and fix our problem with our security system, he fixed the issue and now we feel secure again, he was very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend Force Security!

Called a couple weeks ago as I need to update due to a reno. As I spoke to Mark, I realized why my dad choose Force to protect his family back in the early 90's. The values expressed, the commitment to the customer, and the huge part of the company family makes. Were all values my father liked to find in vendors he dealt with. People say I am my fathers son, and those values are just as important today as they were 30 years ago. I look forward to being protected for another 30 year by force. When they say they are only a phone call away, they really are.

Mark at force security and the whole team are amazing to deal with. Force Security has been providing alarm services to our business for many years. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. I had to make some adjustments to the system at our shop and had some problems. I called, Mark dropped by ( he was in the area) and walked me through the process. Mark and his crew did an great job on installing my surveillance equipment. The equipment is first rate and operates perfectly. In customer service they are there when you call, almost be you hang up the phone.

Just a follow up on Force Security. Five years after the initial installation, without any issues, they came by to install a new program on my phone so I can monitor the cameras. This was done at no charge to me.
