Mike a nice & decent guy but the worse detailing job ever done on my van.
If it was a R1000 detail, it would have have been a good detail, but for what I paid, a rip off.

Hi Shaun, as per our phone conversation, We acknowledged and apologized for the areas of the job that were subpar on your vehicle as this is not the normal standard of our work - I have chatted to the staff member that was working on your vehicle. Again as per our conversation , I said that I am more than happy to re-do your vehicle, or refund you 100%. You did not reply. Had 3 cars detailed here beginning of May 2024. Very happy with the service. The cars look great and looking forward to seeing how long the ceramic coating lasts. I took advantage of their birthday special- it was excellent value.

I placed a order a year ago , Black Friday specials on Mike's detailng products, paid extra for delivery.i waited a few days and after not receiving shipping details i contacted Mike who stated that the courier company had " dropped " him and he suggested that we meet at a suitable location which i agreed to. On meeting Mike he handed over my order and i noticed 2 items were short supplied. To this day. Over 1 year later , i have yet to receive the short supplied items dispite communication via WhatsApp where he agreed to fulfill my order. I sent Mike a WhatsApp this morning again WRT the outstanding items. Radio silence from his side. Totally unprofessional.
Nah, drove to the business to get quotation on my vehicle. Could not locate the place so had to phone them. Owner picked up and asked me if I have an appointment!?! Said I was not aware that they operate on appointments only. He advised that I send him my home address and he can come quote as he lives nearby me. Sent him my details and never heard back from him again... Wasted my time and my VERY expensive fuel.
