Never has anything in stock. I live under a mile away and I drive to the other-side of town to get food for my animals. I dont even check in anymore because if they do, it is always bad cultures. Some of the selections of frogs look extremely malnourished. Most of the enclosures look neglected. I really wish they were a lot better for the premium they charge and its location.

This store is far beyond a pet store it is a knowledge based retail establishment Sergio was such an informative personality he deserves his own t.v. show. We didn't feel rushed nor pressured to purchase anything, Sergio answered all our questions with detail, showed us a variety of different types of geckos with detailed information about each one I even got a chase to hold one. I would highly recommend Imperial to anyone shopping for a reptile or equipment. We will definitely be purchasing a fat tail geckos for our daughter and a ball python for myself . Thanks again Imperial we learned a great deal today.

We got our female bearded dragon here. They have a nice set up for reptiles. Alot of different kinds of reptiles and enclosures live food as well etc.

Brian was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helped us with updated husbandry on beardies as it has been about 20 years since we cared for one. Every associate was friendly and knowledgeable and they were very kind to my two young boys as well. Reptiles all looked super healthy and well cared for, will definitely be going back!
