Nightmare! No show, no return on calls. Excuses! Held up our home insurance! Now the supplier for this company is coming after us for the supplies that Flordia Coastal purchased for our home. Apparently they never paid the company for the materials??? Waited 2 months, materials sat blocking our driveway for 3 weeks. Story was “ owner fell off the roof”? Install finally completed, yet we can’t get paperwork needed to complete our home insurance coverage… and now the supplier is coming to us? Very messy. Not to mention Florida Coastal is not returning calls to office or to Steve Nutt personal cell. I’m going to have to hire a lawyer to protect us from an install via Florida Coastal that never paid them for the roofing materials, Insane! This company came highly recommended, beware!!!! Something is going sideways. Find another company! Literally the manufacturer is or has not been paid, and according to FL. Law we are somehow becoming liable for the Roofing Company not paying them? Very confusing, and it is possibly holding our home insurance coverage? Crazy. My facts may not be 100% accurate, but the certified letter we received today from the supplier states that we are liable for the materials, due to the fact that Flordia Costal never paid for our materials. No one calls us back, and we are stuck in the middle of a mess, holding our homeowners coverage on our new home dangling. It’s so “Nuts”, aka: the owner is Steve Nutt! Please be aware. Find another company.

Just finished our new roof a couple of weeks ago and WOW! What an Excellent job Florida Coastal Roofing did. The Crew was Wonderful, Professional and Very Organized. They All seem to be enjoying the work and each other, which was nice since we stayed home (animal reasons). Although it was loud, it wasn't bad at all. The whole process from Start to Finish went smoothly without any glitches/problems, and within weeks, We have a Beautiful New Roof, Yeah!! We want to Thank Alex for walking us through the whole process, He was always communicating and updating us along the way. We are EXTREMELY pleased with Florida Coastal Roofing Solutions and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs a trusting and reliable company.

They did a horrible job attempting to fix my roof leak. They placed a metal covering which did absolutely nothing. Roof continued to leak at which point the wood became rotten. I called them back and they stated they would “cover” it with a metal sheet lol I never heard back from them. I had another roofing company fix their mess. They couldn’t believe how bad of a job they had done. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We found a leaky spot near the roof vent (whatever it's called) and called Florida Coastal. They were able to send someone out the same day. Steve is awesome! Love to support a Local! He was able to immediately advise what the issue was and told us how to fix it. I appreciate his honesty, integrity, and education on our roofing issue. I would highly, highly recommend!
