Horrible company practices. They treat flex drivers and their automobiles as disposable.
Horrible company practices. They treat flex drivers and their automobiles as disposable. High mileage routes, most roads are unpaved, damage to car by roads and dogs on route. Dangerous road conditions are ignored and drivers life’s put at risk. Night time route with no visibility at properties. And severe reprimand if you disagree.

Just tired man
Pros:If you are tired U or sick u can just cheat their system a little bit. Cons:Not keeping the same schedules with their full time employees also, Full time 40 hours a week just sucks man. I hate it everyone needs to be working 30 hours a week it gives everyone time to refresh and do other things. Old people and disableds need better guidance. Its the truth. Young adult in early 20 shouldn't have to worry about their parents issues. It should already be set for them. Advice to Management:Please just stay Cool, no extra hyper, or Evil time business. Cool and organized is all we need.
Not worth it
They say $27/hour. However if you travel 1 hour back and forward for a 3 hour shift, and considering the Gas, Car wear&tear. The pay is way below minmum pay. And if you get the Downtown route. get ready for tickets!
Pretty decent!
You can create your own schedule, the base pay is pretty great. Only thing is sometimes getting shifts is hard. It's nice to be able to cancel a shift 45 mins before and face no consequences. I would say having previous delivery experience makes a work of difference.

Great if you have delivery experience
Pros:-Create your own schedule -Able to cancel shifts if needed (45 mins before) -Instant pay if you have their flex card -sometimes you finish shifts early and still earn full pay Cons:-sometimes the routes are overloaded/not possible to complete on time. -you are not paid extra if you go over your scheduled time -expect a lot of miles to be driven.
They don't care about your safety
I was stuck for 3 hours in the middle of nowhere the signal was horrible roads were bad they said it was nothing they could do for me and just left me out there it took law enforcement 25 mins to find me and two tow trucks to get me out and they are giving me the run around about reimbursing my money for a tow!! Almost 300 dollars not to speak on the stress!
Delivery Driver
Pros:Flexible hours, work when you want Cons:Too many parcels for hours, bad pay, pay your own fuel
