This company was amazing! It was so easy to get scheduled & the support staff was very friendly. The tech was so professional and nice! He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the service. Highly recommend this company, I would definitely use them again!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Technician showed up at the original appointment unboxed the bed set items then decided that he didn’t want to do the project and left. A FixTman representative called me and set up an appointment for the very next day in which I was grateful for. Fast forward to the second appointment the technician called stating that he arrived to the building, I promptly went to the lobby to meet him and he’s no where to be found. I stood outside waiting for roughly 40-45 minutes before deciding to cancel hoping that he would show up. He finally shows up after the appointment has been cancelled. I am overly frustrated and I do not plan to rebook.

Set up an appointment with them from9-11am. They responded and said confirmed the appointment. Woke up early and nobody even showed up.

Abdul from FixTman was amazing! He was able to quickly assemble a credenza I had that a previous handyman had started and messed up. Abdul had no problems putting my shelf together and he did so quickly and neatly. I would hire FixTman again in a heartbeat.
