My experience with FiveSix Productions, specifically with Dani, was extremely disappointing.
The lack of customer service and basic communication was unacceptable. From the start, there was little to no engagement, questions went unanswered, and there was zero effort to build any kind of working relationship with a new client.
When someone is prepared to move forward with a $15,000 project, you would expect at least a basic level of professionalism and responsiveness. Unfortunately, that never happened. Instead, I was left waiting for responses and trying to get simple questions answered with no real follow-through.
Because of this lack of communication and commitment, I ended up hiring a company out of Georgia that immediately stepped in, answered every question I had, and showed they actually wanted the business.
FiveSix Productions didn’t lose this project because of price or competition — they lost it because of poor communication, lack of professionalism, and complete failure to engage with a serious new customer.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

After reviewing the email thread from late January, our team responded to each message within a few hours. On the same day as your initial inquiry we shared portfolio examples, baseline production pricing, and requested a discovery call so we could properly scope the project. After you provided a reference video, we also prepared and sent a detailed written estimate outlining the crew, equipment, and post-production services for the project.
When you followed up asking about next steps, our team responded with the process to move forward with scheduling and production.
At FiveSix Productions we handle a wide range of commercial and branded content projects, and most begin with a short discovery conversation so we can tailor the creative and production scope to the client’s needs. In this case, it appears our process may not have aligned with what you were expecting, and we regret that the experience felt frustrating from your perspective.
