I had a very unpleasant experience today. I’m both a regular customer in this neighborhood and also work as an Uber Eats driver. Today, I went in to pick up an order and politely asked if I could use the restroom. I was told that Uber drivers are not allowed because they make the restroom dirty. This led to a bit of an argument, and I was ultimately told to leave and that I wouldn’t be given the order. The employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even worse. It was extremely upsetting. You should understand that while I may come in as a delivery driver today, I could just as easily return tomorrow as a paying customer.

They occasional mess up the order. But give no troubles to fix it. They take awhile to make the drinks and sometimes forget it. So will need patience when ordering here but i love the food and oreo milkshake here. Better than shake shack.

The big guy with a beard on expo is goofy, keeps getting orders and not putting them in the correct order and just letting it bunch up. This resulted in orders made randomly, not when they were placed. Because of this I waited for an hour just for my order which is ridiculous. What’s even more crazier when I brought up this issue, all they can say is you just have to wait and that it’s in the RANDOM pile of orders. The biggest slap in my face was when I was already 30 mins in waiting and the manager gave priority to a cops orders. Clearly they can start making your order if you already told them multiple times that you have been waiting for a while. I’ve worked in fast food for years so I know how it is and sympathize with them with how busy they are when a BOGO deal was offered today, but not doing the orders in a correct manner is ridiculous. But thank you to the guy who gave me free fries for waiting but the manager needs to teach how to make his expo person make everything in the correct order, not randomly SMH.

Walked in and was told if I’m not there to pick up, ordering at the window is going to be a 45 minute wait. At 7:30pm on a Tuesday night is unacceptable.

Over the past few orders, there have been instances where ingredients were either omitted or incorrectly added to the burgers. During my most recent visit, I verified the order prior to departure and noted the absence of green peppers. Instead, jalapeños had been included, so they gave me green peppers in a separate container. Furthermore, the french fries were formerly served in paper cups. Currently, they are presented in paper bags, which has resulted in a change in their texture.

The food cold and undercooked I don’t recommend to come here for lunch in addition they allow customers under substance inside .in addition went the interview was not be professional and was talk bad about customers in front them with their coworkers .

Disappointing The burgers and service were good, however the fries were overcooked (almost burned) and the soda machine made our drinks undrinkable. The price was unreasonable for this level of quality.
