Over the past few orders, there have been instances where ingredients were either omitted or incorrectly added to the burgers. During my most recent visit, I verified the order prior to departure and noted the absence of green peppers. Instead, jalapeños had been included, so they gave me green peppers in a separate container.
Furthermore, the french fries were formerly served in paper cups. Currently, they are presented in paper bags, which has resulted in a change in their texture.
