I was delighted with the service from FIS in advising then providing and fitting a replacement stable door even though several other companies had said it couldn't be done.

Just had 14 windows replaced with FIS. I couldn’t recommend anymore. Very happy, the finishes are immaculate. The fitters were tidy, was like they hadn’t been here.

Would highly recommend FIS windows. Very pleased with overall product - we had secondary double glazing fitted. The fitters were friendly and very experienced. Communication with FIS throughout was good too. Great value.

FIS installed new soffits, fascia's, downpipes and new front door with surrounding windows in a porch at a new property we moved into. Excellent work, quality product and really fantastic people who completed the installation - good knowledge and excellent finish. Highly recommend.

Thank you to all the team at FIS Windows Ltd for their recent installation of windows and doors. My front windows and door were replaced in September and the back windows and door in January and from my initial phone call to the work being completed on both occasions everyone including the office staff, surveyor, the teams behind the scene and the fitters who carried out the installation, were so efficient, helpful, polite and courteous. A credit to the company. I would highly recommend FIS Windows Ltd if you are thinking of replacing your windows and doors.

I would highly recommend FIS Windows Ltd. Their customer service was excellent from the point of walking into their showroom to enquire, to having my new front door fitted. Max was very communicative and helpful and my new front door looks lovely with no more drafts. The price was fair and they booked me in quickly. 10/10!

We always prefer dealing with Small Local Busineses. It was the right Decision. The owner of FIS came around to see what we needed. He priced our two new doors up within 5 days. The Men who installed the Two doors were absolutely Fantastic. They have done a really lovely job and they cleared up behind themselves. They worked all day to get the job done! I will definitely use FIS again!

I am so pleased with my new windows, composite front door and side panel, and also so pleased I chose fis. The process from start to finish was made so easy, as the staff at fis are a joy to liaise and work with, they explained various options to suit our needs. The fitters are punctual, polite and work continuosly, they achieve a very pleasing finish both inside and outside, and all this for a fair price. Thank you and well done to all at fis.

We have had all our doors and windows fitted and am extremely pleased with the complete service we received. Pasquale was extremely helpful in helping to plan windows, the surveyor was polite, friendly and helpful. Window fitters took care in our property and were quick, hard working and had a great eye for detail. Whole experience was fantastic. Thank you !!

FiS were brilliant right from the start helping us select the right bi-fold doors for our room. The workmen worked very hard & made a fantastic job of installing them.would highly recommend them.

“It’s never an easy decision to spend a substantial amount of money especially in the current climate so we ummmed and arrred over changing our conservatory roof for a good long while. We bought our house 2 years ago and what made the house attractive to us was the large conservatory. As much as it was a brilliant space it only has a few months use as like most it was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Still being new to the area I was recommended 3 companies, 2 reps visited and gave me quotes that were astonishing and no way affordable, so I very nearly cancelled FIS but I’m so pleased I didn’t. Pas arrived and immediately put me at ease and told me exactly what I wanted and for the price I was expecting to pay having already done some research into material costs etc. The work was carried out end of January by a superb team. I do find it unnerving leaving trade people in my home whilst I’m out but with this team there was no concerns. The work was carried out marvellously. It took us longer to get the room decorated but now it’s done we use this room everyday and I’m so grateful for FIS to be able to do this. I am very satisfied with the purchase of the conservatory from this company, indeed the conservator was made of the best quality materials and the guys worked very professionally! I can recommend 👌 this company for any person wich are searching quality and very good price.

Excellent service. The new back door was installed with the minimum of fuss and mess, in much less time than had been estimated. The workmen arrived early, which was good for me, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving little sign that they had been. Highly recommended and I would use FIS again.

I want to give a massive endorsement to Pasquali Iachetta and his team at FIS Windows for the fantastic job they have done with the design and installation of my bifold windows today . This is the second project they have done for me recently and once again top quality and extremely professional . I highly recommend them 👍

FIS Windows Ltd provided professional customer service from the first contact to the completion of the work. The fitters removed a badly damaged old window from one of our treatment rooms and installed a brand-new double-glazed window with privacy glass and a uPVC sill. The entire replacement was done in 2.5 hours, out of opening hours. Fitters left the working area clean and tidy. Honestly, we couldn't be much happier with the result, so we will use FIS Windows Ltd in the future.
