I am deeply frustrated with this construction company, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Just two weeks before my husband passed away, he signed a contract with them to replace our roof. During this incredibly difficult time—while I was heavily pregnant and caring for three young children—they pressured me to move forward with the roof replacement.
They showed no understanding of my situation, disregarding the fact that I couldn’t get payment through insurance since I wasn’t on the title. To make matters worse, I felt harassed into paying $7,000 upfront for materials, even before the work had started. The contract should have been null and void after my husband’s passing, but they did not care.
Their predatory behavior is alarming. I’m currently going through probate and haven’t yet received any checks, yet they have placed a lien on my house, fully aware of my circumstances. Despite my repeated conversations with them about my situation, they have continued to harass me in person for the remaining payment, acting as if I have any influence over the court proceedings.
This all could have been avoided had they not preyed on me at my most vulnerable. Their lack of patience and refusal to wait for legal matters to be resolved is appalling. They expect me to pay out of pocket again, just like they tricked me the first time.
This company shows no integrity or moral values. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to run in the opposite direction. They should be held accountable for their unethical misconduct .
In the process of selling my house and needed some repairs done with a very short window before closing. Called multiple roofings companies before calling First Choice and let me tell you Bob and his crew and came in clutch!! Extremely professional and easy to work with. They made the process and repairs for my bigger size EPDM flat roof easy and made it look flawless. Not only were they great to work with the price was price great. I would recommend them to anybody and definitely will use their services again!! Thanks fellas!

Brandon provided excellent service after a hail storm resulted in damage to our roof. An initial inspection by our insurance company suggested that there was no damage. However, after Brandon arranged for a second inspection by First Choice and our insurer, Farmer's agreed that there was some significant damage and agreed to pay for replacement costs. Brandon stuck with us throughout the process, kept us up to date on decisions by our insurer, and ultimately brought an excellent crew to our home and replaced the roof on our home and garage. Great job, Brandon. Thank you!

Zach and First Choice Builds provides excellent, high quality service and workmanship. They stay on the job until it is finished. They use high quality materials. Zach coordinate dthe whole job even contacting my solar company to remove my solar system so they could repair my hail damaged roof. Other companies told me I would have to wait a year. First Choice repaired my roof within 10 days after I contacted them. Quick, efficient, quality service and workmanship.
