Most unreliable, unprofessional and incompetent staff ever, have 19 days until my certificate will expire, have called in 9:03 am to schedule the appointment, had two options tomorrow or in two weeks, the gentleman on the phone offered me class for tomorrow 9:00 am, I have cancelled my (and my crew) trip too work in other province and delayed for two more days with client as well. Now in 6:00 pm I have received email from them: your class is cancelled because we didn’t gather at least 4 people for class (no body mentioned that on my order and scheduling), so it wasn’t firmed or scheduled like supposed to be, just - we start gathering people and if not - "HAVE A NICE DAY…" if you know what I mean. I have called them again and instead rescheduled with something that my insurer my renewal of first aid certificate on time and next time in two weeks they just refunded me with three to five business days. Thank you for waisting my and my crew time and money!

I took Robert’s class, and it was fun and absolutely amazing! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand while keeping us engaged with his great storytelling. If I ever have to take this course again, I would definitely want to take it with him! What I learned in his class has truly stayed with me, it was such a valuable and memorable experience. His humor, kindness, and passion were felt throughout the entire course. I just want to thank him once again!

Showed up to get my N95 mask fitting and there was no one there. I called and they said since it was a “last minute” registration that I needed to call to confirm, as I had registered in the morning for a 4:30 pm appointment. There is nowhere on their website where it says that this is a requirement for bookings if they’re made the same day. They wouldn’t send the instructor back to accommodate for their mess up as he had already went home for the day and they hadn’t checked their emails in order to confirm, even though I had received an email registering me for the course. They need to tighten up their system. It shouldn’t have been an issue me booking a course day of, there was more than enough time to make sure there was an instructor there for my arrival.

I did the blended program and had a great experience. The online portion took me about 4-5 hours and was easy to understand. My instructor Mary was kind, friendly, engaging, and spoke clearly. The activities we did really helped me solidify my understanding and feel more confident to do first aid. Thanks Mary!

I’ve been getting my CPR here for years but this time is the best. Robert is awesome and made this course pass like a breeze. Always quick with humour and great spirit. One of my fellow classmates gave us some nice candy as well. Can’t go wrong with this place for CPR and first aid.
