Patrick (Joseph) did our job so fast that unfortunately I didn't get a chance to confirm some changes I wished to make, which meant that the job he did while being very good wasn't actually the job I was hoping for. I would say Patrick knows how to put down a good patio, and we are very happy with his physical work. However, his company need to be more organised, making sure they have all the details from the client before starting work, and ensuring things have been agreed in writing before starting anything. The patio he has put down is excellent, but because of there being no pre-work meeting, I was not able to tell him that I wanted it to line up on both sides, which of course makes the patio less aesthetically pleasing, which is an important point about patios. When we met after to discuss, Patrick was not really getting that the lining up was important, but he did offer a £150 reduction, on top of a reduction we had already agreed.

Really satisfied for the work carried out by Joseph and the team I would highly recommend approve drives and patios okay with their machines they were very helpful they didn't disturb the neighbours they came at the right time finish at the right time and was very clean.

So pleased with this the team at Firmbase Drives & Patios Ltd. The price was the best from the 3 companies we had quotes from, they were always on time, worked hard and delivered a fantastic finish. We recently had our front garden block paved by Firmbase. James and Joseph were very easy to work with and their team worked at an incredible pace. They basically completed my driveway in less than 2 days. Competitive, trustworthy, hard working, fully recommended!

Over the last 2 months Joseph and the crew completed a patio with retaining wall followed by a concrete base and access driveway for hay barn. The workmanship is excellent with brilliant results. Crew are so hard working, cannot fault them in any way. Would 100% recommend.

We only have praise for Joseph and his team, from quote to finished product it ran like a well-oiled cog. They were all very friendly and obliging and all worked very hard - they arrived on time, cleared the site well and left us with a fantastic looking drive and patio. Nothing was too much trouble and Joseph quickly and efficiently sorted any problems. We are both very pleased with the finished product.

An excellent job done in 4 days. Two neighbours across the road, and one four doors down had their driveways done after seeing ours. Its transformed the frontage and certainly added more than the cost of the driveway to the value of our home. Thank you.
