Dan was excellent in explaining the novated lease process, and it’s clear he has spent a lot of time doing this as he could answer all of my questions, even the curly ones. Alistair from the finance side was easy to talk to and was really responsive and helpful in getting all the relevant paper work through as well. Even with a few hiccups induced from my end, Dan and Alistair took it in their stride. Overall I felt supported and like I could reach out at any time if I wasn’t sure of anything. If the operation of the lease is as comfortable as this has been, Fingo will be an easy choice for a new lease come renewal.

I recently had 2 vehicles leased through Fingo, and had the best customer service I had ever received in my life. Gehan went on holiday, but still worked and still communicated, just so I could get my vehicles through the busiest time of year. Then went through to Dina, and she pushed, and she too went on holiday, but still worked on my leases to get them through. I have to say, thank you so much guys, you have truely gone above and beyond.

I looked at the Fingo website for a comparison to other companies. I provided my details and Rob from the local office contacted me the following day. He was extremely polite and non-pushy, and provided some really honest, useful information. I also found that Fingo’s quotes provided the most comprehensive breakdown of the costs and benefits and was more transparent. Once I agreed to the quote, Rob went straight to work finding the best vehicle deal. Once the car was found, he put me through to Dina at the Melbourne office to collate the paperwork. She was extremely efficient and a pleasure to speak with. Both Rob and Dina were very easy to get a hold of by phone and email when I had questions. The whole process was stress-free and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who believes a novated lease could be beneficial.
