I went in on May 3, 2024, to have my windshield wiper fluid system repaired because it had stopped spraying. I was charged $238, which I thought was quite steep—$60 for the windshield washer pump, which they said was probably the only issue and $174 for labor. Two weeks later, on May 17, 2024, the washer fluid stopped working again. I returned and spoke with Cruz, who consulted the technician who had worked on my car. The technician admitted he noticed a hose leak that first day but taped it instead of replacing it because he "was feeling lazy that day." I appreciated Cruz's honesty but explained I still needed it properly repaired. They assured me that the hose was replaced this time and didn't charge me, giving the impression the problem was fully resolved. However, after two months, I went back today, July 19, because the fluid stopped coming out again last week. It turns out, they had only replaced one hose last time, and now more hoses had cracked and become brittle. I assumed they had replaced all of the hoses involved initially. Today, they told me 3 hoses were replaced out of the 6 total, mainly on the driver's side. They claimed they wouldn't charge for the additional hoses installed but warned that if this problem arises again, they would need to charge me because they "need to take care of their people too" financially. This doesn't make sense. The pump was $60, and the 3 free hoses they installed, typically cost 6-8 dollars, for a complete kit, according to various online sources. So, the total cost for parts should have been around $70 IF I was charged for the hoses too, and the rest would have been labor. Remember I paid 238 dollars to completely fix an issue. It's frustrating that the technician couldn't replace all the hoses while already working on replacing the driver's side hoses. Cruz told me that replacing the remaining three hoses would probably cost $100 for parts and labor. This seems dishonest and not worth the money. Cruz is polite when you're paying, but the thoroughness of their work is lacking. I have paid more than enough for a complete job, yet they underperformed. It's disappointing to be told I should be grateful for the 3 free replaced hoses when we both know that the other 3 were probably on their way out. They were overpaid and underperformed multiple times. Being told my car is old and will break down eventually is insulting after paying $238 to fix a simple system. Don't come here if you value your time and money. They will cut corners, using tape instead of replacing cheap old hoses, and charge $174 for labor to apply tape. They will only fix it enough to last a couple of months, expecting you to pay more later for another mediocre, expensive job. If they can't properly fix a wiper fluid system, why trust them with brakes? I'm never coming here again. Cruz would rather argue than do the right thing.

They asked me for 3k. Got it fixed for $1600. Edit: that’s a lie because there was a customer there with the initials ML, me. Don’t act like I’m lying to hurt your business. Got my problem solved for half the price. Way over priced. I wouldn’t lie to hurt anyone’s business. I leave good and bad reviews. You get what you deserve

I have a 98 Dodge ram 1500 blowing hot air through the A/C on a 98* day. I called these guys for an appointment, they said, bring it in and they fixed it the same day and was very reasonable. These guys definitely deserve a five star rating And I highly recommend them. Nice going guys thank you

This auto shop is every bad cliche that we use to describe auto repair facilities. Dishonest, rude, barely competent, and lacks anything remotely resembling integrity. Cruz is the worst, he is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Dishonesty - took my 2018 Volvo in for service engine light. Was told by Cruz that the mechanic found a vacuum leak, given a price for repair and also told I needed to have front brake pads replaced. We agreed to the repair of the vacuum leak. We waited 2 days for them to receive parts, “vacuum leak was repaired” or so we were told by Cruz. Picked car up at 5:00 PM drove straight home and parked it. Got up the next morning, service engine light is back on. Returned car to Fined Tuned Auto that morning. Two days later we were told different issue with the air intake system. We asked how they missed this issue in the first assessment, we were told car was showing a different code. Asked how come the this issue was undetected during the first assessment, no answer. I’m not sure they completed the first repair based on the fact we had to take it back less than 24 hours after they claimed to have fixed it. Brake pad replacement - after the repair debacle described above, decided we couldn’t trust them with the brakes. It’s a good thing we didn’t. I took the car to 3 different repair shops for a brake inspection, all three said I have 4mm of pad left on the front brakes and could wait to have pads replaced until nexts oil change, about 3000 miles. Cruz and his cohort told us we only had 2mm left, big difference. Rude - Cruz is dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional. He told my wife basically to shut up because she wasn’t a mechanic and didn’t know what she was talking about. When my wife told Cruz we were taking the car elsewhere to have the brakes repaired, he said, that’s on you. I’m not the one riding around on 2mm brakes. We had to chase him for information about the car’s status every day they had it. Zero unsolicited communication unless he needed my approval. Cruz needs remedial customer service training. Competency - misdiagnosis of service engine light and telling me I needed to replace the brake pads. They’re either incompetent or dishonest, either way it’s not a good look for them. I wouldn’t take a kid’s tricycle to this shop, especially, if Cruz was the person I had to interact with. The one good thing about this place is the lady who works the front counter. She’s a gem, polite, informative and tons of customer service skills. Cruz and his mechanics, TERRIBLE.

Two separate occasions I took my car for it to get checked and they thought it was ok to keep it for longer than four hours, and that’s without them calling me to let me know. It is not ok to ask a customer to keep their car for a checkup, tell them it’ll be an hour and think it’s ok, four hours later to say you’re busy… terrible customer service, seems like they BITE MORE THAN THEY CAN CHEW

We had numerous bids for our car issue, Fine Auto repaired our problem in due time. We customers need to realize how busy these businesses are, because of our inflation, not many can afford a new vehicle, so in some cases we need to show patience for these businesses, they do the very best they can. We were treated with professional & courtesy. I would recommend auto tune to any of our friends. Blessings to you all!!!
