5 Stars – Highly Recommend! Fine-Tuned Auto was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Staff is fantastic! Their communication was top-notch—they kept in touch via email, text, and phone, and were always quick to respond. The process was smooth, the pricing was fair, and overall it was one of the easiest auto service experiences I’ve had. We were so impressed that we brought my husband’s car in shortly after, and he had the same great experience. They’ve definitely earned a forever client. Highly recommend!

I'm so thankful for the crew at Fine Tuned Auto Aurora! They were patient and helpful throughout my insurance claim following a collision. They were efficient and accurate at assessing the needs of my foreign automobile to get me back on the road safely. As somebody that normally works on my own car I was at a loss when something came up I couldn't figure out. I had no experience looking for a shop and any shops that my friends have gone to were too far away. Everywhere I called had a wait of at least 2 weeks to get in. When I called, Courtney, the manager answered and said to drop the car off whenever I can and she would get it in. I travel for work and Courtney kept me up to date with all issues and developments while I was away. All the work was done well before I returned and at a fair price and great warranty. When I got into my car I was pleasantly surprised to find a small gift bag with card attached. I will definitely be going back for any other issues and routine upkeep.

These people are absolute con artists . They ripped of my parents for 12 grand for a new engine and messed up the tranny in the process. Also, they had it over a month, and my parents were just here visiting for a week. They are absolutely trash to do people like this and should be shut down! In response to your response, Good stuff, okay so let's now truly expose this... Day one, my parents came into you with a car issue. You diagnosed and told them it will cost about $1500 ish to fix the issue. They came back after you said it was done but you wanted to still charge them, after stating the problem was not fixed. So then I came in and said, "What ???? How can you charge them but the problem is there still?" You then said, well we changed the spark plugs etc.. but basically we came to find out that was pointless because the engine had issues. We then said, we just bought the car and have an extended warranty (and I'm no idiot when I say I saw your eyes light up) You then said you'd call them. Then you said it needs a new engine and the warranty place said they won't cover it. So I called the car lot they just bought it from and had words about selling them a lemon and proceeded to ask them what they were going to do to help remedy this. They then said they would pay for the new engine, which you said you ordered the wrong one, then lied to us by saying after the wrong one came in they no longer make the engine for that car. I got online and found out fast that's another absolute lie. So from here you and the car lot talked on behalf of us. You talked with them and decided to build an engine from scratch or some nonsense. We called you every few days to see progress and help when needed on talking to whomever on our side. So you take over a month to do all this, and the carlot paid you almost 12k for an engine... that's absolutely insane. We have researched tons of engine rebuilds and fresh builds and labor costs - you came in at almost triple the avrg. Because you guys had no idea what you were doing, hence the end result. You guys have now messed up the transmission, so after paying you all that money and waiting over a month, the car now needs a new transmission. The check engine light was on when they got it shipped back to them. You left a fuse box lid laying in the seat and a greasy glove. Like are you kidding? Don't sit here and act like that wasn't 1000000% a con job from start to finish. And its not the carlot or you guys who are the ones crying and in a financial hole with no car now, it's them so please save your lies and deflection like you're a stand up person... you're not Courtney. Period. I see you! I came in and got angry with ya, then crying and then a hug. I tried, and I gave you the benefit of the doubt. And in the end, I'm absolutely disgusted

If the information you received were accurate, we’d be just as upset, especially if it involved one of our own family members. We understand your concern and truly respect your desire to protect your loved one. However, in this case, there appears to be a misunderstanding. We’ve been working directly with the vehicle’s owner throughout this process and have done everything possible to help resolve the issue in a transparent and cost-effective way. This included spending significant time advocating for warranty coverage on their behalf, coordinating with the original dealership, and even redoing work at no additional cost when a part was delivered incorrectly. The owner never paid for the extensive engine repair, as it was fully covered by the selling dealer and after-market warranty. We also communicated that the transmission codes were present from the start, though undetectable due to the engine’s severe performance issues. That concern has since been passed along to the selling dealer, who committed to addressing it. Our team has also reached out directly to the vehicle owner by phone and email to make sure they are informed and supported. We care deeply about every customer who walks through our doors, and we stand by the integrity and professionalism of our team. We’d truly appreciate you reconsidering or updating this review, now that more of the facts have been shared. We’re always available to discuss the situation further and are committed to treating our customers with honesty and care.

Love Fine Tuned Auto!!! I took my 2nd car to get serviced at this shop. They are under new management and my wife and I are very thankful for the new management. Courtney (New Manager) was awesome. Just like the first time, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have an older vehicle that needed several repairs. We went over what needed immediate attention versus things that could wait. Some places will recommend everything and anything to rack up the numbers. When we got our vehicle back, we were very thankful with the results of the performance of our vehicle. Thanks again Courtney and your crew for the awesome and excellence service you provided us. Just anything else in life, you get what you pay for. We sleep better knowing that our vehicles got quality service that also comes with a warranty. I would highly recommend this shop for any car service needed!

Just wanted to share a huge shout-out to Courtney and the whole team at Fine Tune Auto! They were absolutely fantastic to work with. We took two cars in for service, and Courtney treated us like family from start to finish. Our first car needed some transmission work, and we were dealing with a warranty company – you know how those can be! Courtney was amazing. She stayed on top of the warranty company, making sure they did their part, and kept us updated every day. That really eased our minds, especially since warranty claims can often drag on forever. Thanks to her hard work, the car's running like new! Our second car is a bit of an oldie but a goodie, and needed some extra love. Courtney explained everything clearly and made sure it got the best care. Again, she and the team nailed it! And the after-hours drop-off and pick-up is such a lifesaver! Seriously, I can't recommend Fine Tune Auto highly enough. They're the best! Thanks again for everything!

I want to take this time to thank Fine Tune Auto for the excellent and tremendous service that they provided my wife and I. Courtney (Manager) was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable with our process. She kept us informed on a daily basis concerning the progress of the our vehicle. She worked diligently with the warranty company to ensure that our vehicle received the necessary services that is required to restore it back to operability standards. Our vehicle is operating smoothly with no issues. Their work comes with a warranty that puts your mind at ease. We are greatly satisfied with the service and the professionalism that they provided us. I highly recommend this shop for auto services. Thank you Courtney for all of your help. I called Cruise with an electrical nightmare in my project truck. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly without breaking the bank. We then took care of a few minor leaks and seals, again at a fair price. They recommended a couple other repairs that should be taken care of in the future and a time frame to get it done. I highly recommend doing business with these guys. Edit: Unfortunately I found the seal on my rear differential started leaking a few weeks after they changed the oil. I'm sure they would have taken care of the issue if I didn't have the vehicle in another state, but unfortunately I will have to drain and reseal it myself now.

I have seriously gave up on this place due to the horrible previous management and lack of wanting to really take care of cars.
