So, I have been utilizing Fined Tuned Auto for 5 or 6 years now. I wanted to do 4.5 stars, but it is either 4 or 5 and I feel comfortable deferring to a 5 star review. What they excell at: - Clean shop, comfortable waiting area, secure wifi. - Excellent customer facing service - Complimentary ride-share program - Quality labor (I will have a note on this further down - I think the issue was resolved) - Honesty - Respect for me What they could do better: - Scheduling, it has happened once, that I had an appointment, showed up and I wasn't on the schedule. They still worked me in. - I had an issue with a former vehicle. They replaced the brakes for us, and one side wore unusually premature. It took me awhile to figure out what was going on, but once I did, and spoke with them, they were willing to resolve. However, apocalyptic hail storm of 2023 in Erie, and the vehicle was inevitably totaled. They had also identified the problem mechanic at the time, and he is no longer with the company. Overall, as a mechanic daughter, I trust Fined Tuned.

Update: The team at Fine Tuned went above and beyond to make things right. The manager treated me with respect and had the replacement part installed at no charge, with almost no wait. I appreciate how smoothly they handled it. Thank you for your integrity.

One of the best shops I have worked with. They had my car for a week and did the absolute best work on it, better than I could have imagined. Now my car runs and handles like a dream.

They made me wait 4 hours and didn't notify me that they had the wrong part for my car.

Keith took such good care of me and my car from the moment I stepped in the door until the moment he held the same door for me when I left. He kept me informed about the progress of my service as well as future services I might need, but he never tried to push me to do them. He wasn't going through the motions. Keith truly strives to provide the best customer care and takes pride in his work. He was genuinely kind and welcoming, not simply acting and going through the motions.... and that makes all the difference to me. It feels good to have a local place I can trust. Even though it's a franchise, it really feels like a friendly, local neighborhood business to me, because of the way they operate. Because of the way they treat me. I wish I had found this place sooner, but I'm glad I know them now.

We take all our vehicles to Fine Tuned Auto in Erie and have been very pleased with all the services that we have had done there. Front desk people are always friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan helped me out a lot today with getting my headlight bulb put in and waived the fee which was very much appreciated. The customer waiting area is very nice with sodas, water, snacks, TV and comfortable chairs. I highly recommend Fine Tuned Auto in Erie, CO.

I had an emergency with my Jeep Trail Hawk. I was so grateful that I just happened to be across the street from the garage. They got the jeep in right away. Did the inspection and told me the issue within an hour. I was able to get picked up by a friend after them offering me a Lyft back to my RV. 2 days of repairs they sent a Lyft to my work to go pick up my Jeep. I want to give a great shout out to everyone involved and to Ryan that kept in contact with me throughout this process. Thank you to all of you for everything!
