Mark was amazing and very patient with us. He took the time to really understand our company's services, how we came to be established in the civil engineering and surveying fields and what we were trying to accomplish with our website redesign. His suggestions were spot on and took into consideration things we didn't necessarily consider as insiders working in our field everyday - the little things that get overlooked but make a big difference. We are now able to get most, if not all of the information we need up front so we can get proposals out quickly. Mark's expertise in his field, as well as his view as the outsider looking in, has helped us tremendously. We've already had up uptick in visitors to our site and plan to move forward with even more website improvements in the future.

Mark is an exceptionally talented young man. I reached out to him seeking help with an issue on my website, and the only solution I found during my search was a video on his YouTube channel, so I sent him an email with little hopes of him replying, but to my surprise he replied promptly. Mark took some time from what I assume a busy daily schedule and met with me online, during which he was able to resolve my issue within 10 minutes, maybe less. Our meeting was extended for over a couple of hours where we discussed his approach of resolving the issue rather than just fixing the problem, which was enjoyable. Mark’s methodology of tackling issues is so unique and opened a lot of possibilities for my website, and for that I would like to thank him for his assistance.

My experience working with FindIT Tech has been very positive. Mark has helped me from the very beginning of the creation of my company to help me set a clear path and goals to help my company succeed. The first thing we did was meet up to talk about the basic things I needed to start my company. We talked about things from what font I wanted to use for all my documents to what message I wanted to send as a company. From there we worked together by sharing documents such as my mission statement to put onto my website and social media. Mark was there for me every step of the way answering any question I had and making sure we were getting everything done to get my website up and running. When I first saw my website, it was everything I wanted and more. I felt so professional, even as a very small company.
