I was visiting Benidorm for a few days and looking for a place to train. I walked into this gym to ask about short-term access, but was told I couldn’t work out wearing a sleeveless top. Keep in mind — it was over 30°C outside, and I’ve been training for over 10 years without ever being told what I could or couldn’t wear (and no, my top wasn’t revealing — just a standard gym tank).
Frankly, the rule felt arbitrary and unnecessary. The gym itself is pretty average — nothing particularly premium or “elite” to justify such a policy. If you take your training seriously, I’d suggest skipping this place and looking for a gym that focuses more on fitness than dress codes.

Hello Antonio, thank you for writing and giving your opinion, first of all let me tell you that we do not pretend to be a premium or elitist gym, we are a very modest neighborhood fitness center that has been providing service and helping to take care of people for almost 35 years, our rules regarding dress code and that type of t-shirts in particular you may like or not, but they are our rules, we consider that because you are a man you have no more right than a woman to show off your pecs, apart from the fact that aesthetically and hygienically we do not consider it appropriate (I repeat that we have been in this for 35 years) so we respect your opinion and we hope that the next time you come to our city and feel like "TRAINING", you come and we will receive you appropriately, of course, complying with our rules.
