CFC nous a permis d'acquérir beaucoup d'outils afin de pouvoir apprécier tout le processus de GPA. Nous avons cependant soulevé quelques irritants. Premièrement, les envoie de courriels massifs ou préenregistrés sont redondants et manque de personnalisation. Selon le contexte, ils peuvent même être innapropriés (ex : lorsqu'une mère porteuse se retire du projet et qu'on reçoit un courriel de joie de notre responsable de cas 2 jours plus tard... c'est gênant). Aussi, notre mère porteuse a semblé ressentir de la pression pour qu'elle soumette plus de dépenses de la part de CFC. Le compte était trop plein... Notre budget était serré mais contrairement à ce que nous pension, nous avons dû effectuer des dépenses (avocat, notaire, testament, implantation et fécondation) que nous ne pouvions pas soumettre à CFC. C'était donc des dépenses imprévues qui s'ajoutaient. Un peu stressant de ce côté. Finalement, en tentant de résilier le contrat avec la mère porteuse, CFC nous a plutôt référé à notre avocate. Ayant un contrat conforme à la loi québécoise avec notre avocate et la mère porteuse, nous avons voulu tenté de résilier celui de CFC pour ravoir les sommes non utilisées mais ils n'ont pas été très compréhensifs. On nous a fait attendre et il a fallu les relancer 2 fois pour ravoir notre argent, là encore, un peu stressant. Je laisse quand même 4 étoiles parce que malgré ces accrochage, CFC était TOUJOURS là pour nous, ils nous ont guidé de façon impécable à travers les joies et les embûches. Nous les remercions du plus profond de notre coeur! Si vous êtes une mère porteuse ou un parents d'intention, vous aurez une paix d'esprit en faisant affaire avec eux. Gardez à l'esprit que certains points irritants peuvent survenir mais je crois que ça peut arrivé avec n'importe quelle agence. Les avantages surpassent de loins les inconvénients ou les irritants.
