Catherine and her team were exceptional throughout the purchase of my first home. They kept me updated throughout the process, were quick with responses and were extremely understanding and supported me when the property changed mid-purchase. They were great value for money in comparison to others out there, and everything was itemised so you knew at all times what your costs were. This was the one thing which I didn’t have to worry about during the purchasing process. I would highly recommend Ferrys Artane for any conveyancing needs, especially to first time buyers who need that additional support and someone to interpret the legal terminology. I will happily be returning to them for any required services in the future and have recommended them to a number of friends and family.

I strongly advise not to contact them. I feel extremely disappointed from start to finish. Total waste of money, time and energy. The solicitor (Karl) clearly was not even interested in my case and didn't even read my emails. I just had to pay for whatever he was telling me until I realised I was only wasting my time. Also the payment was weird: the woman at the desk phoned someone else to give my card numbers, including the 3 number security code, when I don't even know who that person is. On top of that, I've been blackmailed for giving a negative review and they repeatedly refused to delete my personal data. This is a breach of the GDPR law "Right to be Forgotten". They probably still hold my data, illegally.
