Exceptional ☺ We spent an excellent family chill-out week in this quiet lovely house. Was exactly, what we wanted - a fully equipped house with a sauna, a terrace, a barbecue place and with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The hosts were very kind and helpful, the place was exceptionally quiet, the kitchen was equipped perfectly, the beds were excellent, the barbecue, the outdoor and the indoor furniture was top, heating was fine (we stayed in Winter, night temperatures were below zero). We are not into hiking, so can't say anything about that, but should be good in Summer. The city part nearby was not the nicest we visited, but the restaurants (Italian, Greek and especially the Indian) and the Edeka shop (e.g. for the bbq) were excellent. Especially we enjoyed having breakfast on the open terrace and evenings in the dining room with a fake, but a nice fireplace and the candles. Very comfortable for a family with kids. Two small families should also be fine (2 rather big bedrooms and one smaller, but with a TV), but smart shower / sauna scheduling would be needed then. Thank you! Looking forward to staying here again. ☹ No WiFi, but that was known in advance, so no deduction for the rating :) Mobile connection with Telecom was perfect.
