Ouch. Let's talk about the marketing 10/10. Let's talk about the install process: -999/10. That takes effort on all sides. Dudes show up and say "oh we don't usually install that way so we are not prepared". Fail. Rescheduled. Come back out with me $400 out in extra parts. "Oh sorry we are unprepared to do our job...install....bye" left the stove in the middle of the room blocking access (fire hazard much?). Would never recommend. Never heard from my sales bro after paying. Do not use Ferguson.

WARNING to anyone who uses them for a home build. Their 1-year warranty initiates once products our installed. So if you move in 8 months after installation, your warranty will only last 4 months (which happened to us). If you are stuck with bad products, expect to pay. Complain a lot earlier in your move.

I worked with Stephanie and Brittany on a custom cabinet project over the last few weeks and I couldn’t be happier. They both were very proactive throughout the process, helping with last minute details that I may have forgot to cover until the day before the cabinets were delivered. Stephanie was great while designing and ordering our cabinets - she was able to answer all of my questions and provide great ideas for parts of the project that we didn’t have a plan for.

Stephanie Wabnitz my Showroom Consultant at the Carmel Indiana location made my Master bath remodel a dream! Her assistance with all the fixtures needed as well as a soaking tub was very professional. The tub I had chosen turns out was to large once the bathroom progressed and when I contacted her she assisted me in returning the tub and sending me out a new one that was the correct size. I would give her 5 Stars and highly recommend her for anyone looking for an consultant !!

I’ve been working with Dillon on cabinets and Nancy for lighting/plumbing. It has been the best experience with both of them. They are very knowledgeable, very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s a very beautiful showroom with so many different items on display that it makes the design process so much easier. I highly recommend working with Ferguson for any project you might have!
