Do NOT pay for 1 day shipping. I ordered product 7 days ago and have not yet received it.
Get this, it is 1 day shipping from the day they send it to the shipper which can be several days from order. Then it is up to the shipper, which I am told, they have no control over. So, I am out the $$ without the product, Installer was there today (should have had ample time) and I get to shell out more $$ because of a false start. AND, I get to take another day from work - more $$.
These are very expensive door knobs.
C'mon Ferguson, you know home projects are on tight schedules.
