Do NOT pay for 1 day shipping. I ordered product 7 days ago and have not yet received it.
Get this, it is 1 day shipping from the day they send it to the shipper which can be several days from order. Then it is up to the shipper, which I am told, they have no control over. So, I am out the $$ without the product, Installer was there today (should have had ample time) and I get to shell out more $$ because of a false start. AND, I get to take another day from work - more $$.
These are very expensive door knobs.
C'mon Ferguson, you know home projects are on tight schedules.

Ouch. Let's talk about the marketing 10/10. Let's talk about the install process: -999/10. That takes effort on all sides. Dudes show up and say "oh we don't usually install that way so we are not prepared". Fail. Rescheduled. Come back out with me $400 out in extra parts. "Oh sorry we are unprepared to do our job...install....bye" left the stove in the middle of the room blocking access (fire hazard much?). Would never recommend. Never heard from my sales bro after paying. Do not use Ferguson.

WARNING to anyone who uses them for a home build. Their 1-year warranty initiates once products our installed. So if you move in 8 months after installation, your warranty will only last 4 months (which happened to us). If you are stuck with bad products, expect to pay. Complain a lot earlier in your move.

I worked with Stephanie and Brittany on a custom cabinet project over the last few weeks and I couldn’t be happier. They both were very proactive throughout the process, helping with last minute details that I may have forgot to cover until the day before the cabinets were delivered. Stephanie was great while designing and ordering our cabinets - she was able to answer all of my questions and provide great ideas for parts of the project that we didn’t have a plan for.

Tracey Dunville, inside sales associate, went out of her way--way beyond--to assist me in purchases made in 2018 (!) She had to dig to locate my original invoice because I mistakenly provided the wrong contractor, researched means to address my situation, and provided me with multiple resources requiring several emails. Belle Couperthwaite was our showroom consultant and she did a tremendous job helping us with our selections for plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, lighting, and major appliances. She took the time to understand what our vision was with our custom build, and helped guide us to exactly what we envisioned. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. A pleasure to work with.

I have been very pleased with my experience working with Julie-Anne Bignal in Carmel, IN location for our bathroom remodel. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. Julie-Anne was always available to help with my design questions, patient with my uncertainty on shower heads and trim selections, and was able to assist with a quick replacement of my previous order.
