We were living out of town and looking to buy a house in Leamington. As first time home buyers we did not even know where to start. After contacting many highly rated real estate agents in the Leamington area, Chantelle Elters surpassed all others in terms of knowledge of the market and in helpfulness. Living out of town, we were not always able to see a place quickly (a large disadvantage in this crazy market). Countless times Chantelle took detailed videos and pictures for us and was very helpful in finding us a dream home. Thanks to her, we were so lucky to get an amazing house at a great price, which in this day and time seemed to be nearly impossible. I now always recommend her to all our friends and family!

If there was a zero, i would use it. Camille Elters is the worse agent. I inquired on a lot he had listed and i'm still waiting for the information to be forwarded. I would fire him if he represented me....complete useless and very unprofessional and certainly doesn't want to make a sale....NEXT
