Experience itself was great, though I’m rating it 1 star because someone in my group purchased the photo and video set valued at $30 and yet it was not sent to us. Tried to reach out and gave them all the information regarding our booking and what email it was supposed to be sent to (thinking they would keep record of who theyve attempted to send the video package to) but they needed to see a receipt which was not given to us. Later on they left me on seen. Good Customer service left the door. Make sure you double check in store that theyve sent it if you think of buying the photos.

Sorry you haven't received your photos or video. We have been very busy with snow machine, the email may have got lost. Our system is owned and operated by a separate company. We will contact them but Please call us on 03 442 8666 and we can sort this out straight away for you.
It is usually something as simple as the customer putting their email in incorrectly.

Very good experience! So much fun ! I wasn't expecting to be scared but i ended screaming like a kid . Staff and actors were lovely!

Thank you so much! We had such a great time, we came with a small group of 4, all in our 20s and we screamed and laughed. Couldnt have asked for a better time, big thanks to Lukas the actor, he made it a terrifyingly fun time. Would recommend to all!

Better than any haunted house at universal studios halloween horror night
Took the fam to LA last year to universal and went to the Halloween Horror night. This was scarier than any haunted house there. Wow! The kids loved it and so did I. If you are into haunted houses, check this out!

Honestly these places aren't my thing but my sister was keen to do this so I went along. I must say the Ed Sheeran photo outside is quite the draw in haha. The staff at the desk look great in their 'bloody' makeup and the place has cool decor. I didn't like it at all but it meant the actors were doing their job haha, had I not made my sister go in front I definitely would've chickened out lol but not as bad if you're behind. I understand the rules about chickening out and not getting a refund which is fine, but I dont think it's fair that those with you are forced to chicken out too. I personally think it would be better being dark without being pitch black as you're too focused on the red lights on the ceiling. Also might be priced a little much as the maze didn't take that long. Glad to have had the experience with my sister but, again, not my thing.
I booked online as the description on the website had 2 options - a truly scary one with actors and a family friendly "fun" one. However, when we arrived we were told that during school holidays they run only scary ones. We entered the room to start the activity, it went dark and within 10 seconds my 7 year old daughter screamed and cried that she wanted to get out. So we left. No refund was offered. Note, I saw a few groups were leaving while we were waiting and everyone was quite happy and excited saying that it was fun. So it might be fun for older kids. I wish the website was clear that during school holidays there won't be an option suitable for younger kids.

Really good experience. My now 8 year old son had been wanting to visit since he saw the place two years ago as a 6 year old.
Having visited at the weekend our now old enough son was full of excitement and fear upon entering. It ticked all of the boxes!!
He came away proud to have completed it, with great memories of the whole thing.
Would recommend.

Not what i expected, overpriced IMO for a less than 5minute walk through, we didn’t get to see where the scare was! Left disappointed wouldn’t return or recommend.

You must have moved through the attraction at supersonic speed to complete the maze in that time. Most groups take approximately 15 mins.

I visited with my 11 year old daughter on Saturday 13 July at about 530pm. The reception staff were awesome and really set the scene for us. The house really is scary; well done to the actors inside for making us scream! Be brave, don't chicken out!

I don't scare easily, and I was absolutely terrified the entire time I was here! I hid behind my mates the whole time, would definitely recommend this spot when the weather isn't great!
