Fine ride from airport to hotel On the way back the air conditioning was broken and it was 95F degrees... Drenched in sweat by the time we finally arrived

Mechanical failures can unfortunately occur without warning, despite regular maintenance and checks.We would also like to mention that no concern regarding the temperature or air conditioning was raised with the driver during the journey. We sincerely regret the inconvenience, particularly given the very high temperatures that day. Perfect Introduction To Rome
Fantastic overview of Rome with transfer to our hotel. Excellent pre-trip communication and customization of our tour. Even though our flight was late arriving we never felt rushed by our excellent driver. We listed some sights we wanted to see and left the rest to him. Highly recommend.
Horrible: please read if you’re considering them
I don’t have words to explain what a total scam these guys are. I officially confirmed, conversed with them multiple times, had about 3 confirmations particularly on time to pick up and exact size of children seats that were necessary for us. We land and 5 minutes after the exact time we had confirmed I see signs everywhere for picking up people. Not us! I get a text asking if I still want a vehicle and that I needed to reconfirm an agreed upon confirmation. “Do you still need picked up?”. Then I’m told the car is broken and they only have one car seat available. 30 minutes after pick up time we agreed upon I’m told we’d receive a discount vehicle 😆 then I’m asked why I’m leaving a bad review 😆. Meanwhile I’m stranded at the airport in a different country with a ten month old and a 4 year old.
Key decision that enabled us to do our Vatican Tour!
Claudio was our driver and our flight was delayed 1.5 hours which caused a lot of stress as we had a tour scheduled at the Vatican that we didn’t want to miss. Claudio communicated with us and was right where he said he’d be, greeting us as we existed baggage claim. After a quick walk to his van, loading up all our bags, he deftly and quickly got us to our hotel so we could make our scheduled activity. Thanks Claudio!

Pick up from Rome Termini to an outer Rome address (around 50km away). Termini is not the greatest spot to meet but the driver did WhatsApp me 30 minutes before with a photo of his location and we spoke after I arrived. Transfer was easy. And I was satisfied with the pricing. A taxi would be less however this is a premium service and I wanted to get to my destination easily with no fuss or drama. Well recommend.
Fantastic Transport From Rome Airport to Tuscany and More!
Not a day tour but rather transportation from Rome Airport to Siena and back to Rome. Neal, our driver met us promptly at the airport with a sign with our name and expertly got us to his spacious Mercedes van and got us to Siena effortlessly after a very long travel day from the US. Fredirica was excellent in her communication and in answering questions. Claudio was early when picking us up to get us back to Rome. Then, at the very last minute, I contacted Fredirica at 9 pm on a cruise ship to arrange for our friends to get from the port to the airport the very next morning. She jumped right in and made arrangements and got our friends to the airport with more than enough time on a day when there was a transportation strike in Rome! Excellent service, post cruise 8 hr tour and transfer to hotel plus 4 hr tour and transfer to airport
There was not a category on the list for the service we had. We were picked up post cruise at the terminal, taken on an 8 hour tour of Rome and brought to our hotel. Next day we were collected from the hotel, taken on a 4 hour tour, and brought to the airport. This is the email I wrote to Fattori after our tours: We are back home in the states and I wanted to take a moment to write regarding our experiences with your company. We were so very happy with the way that our driver Claudio took care of us during our stay in your beautiful city. Although we were late in getting off the ship due to long lines and the immigration process, Claudio was waiting for us when we left the terminal building. The van was very comfortable, Claudio took care of our luggage, and had chilled water for us to drink. Once in the car (van) we were able to figure out how to communicate with the translator apps, and had no difficulty understanding each other. We had never been to Rome or anywhere in Italy before this trip, so I asked Claudio to please show us his city, and to take us to the places that he would want to visit, if this was his first time in Rome. On our first day, we saw so many beautiful sights and so much incredible architecture and history. There was a lot of car and pedestrian traffic, so it wasn't possible to get us close to a few of the sights we wanted to see. Whenever we got out of the van to visit one of the monuments or sights, Claudio made sure we knew how to get there and how to get back to where he had parked. At the end of the day, he brought us to our hotel and helped with our luggage. We had a wonderful first day in Rome, and felt that we had absolutely made the right decision by using your company's services. The next afternoon, Claudio returned to the hotel to collect us for another tour and our transfer to the airport. We were very happy so see that he had been assigned to us for the second day as he had been so very helpful the day before. We had some additional places we wanted to see, and he got us everywhere we wanted, plus some places we had not seen the first day. Our tour complete, he then delivered us to the airport for our flight home. Although we had never been to Rome before, the time Claudio spent introducing us to his city helped us to really enjoy our short visit. We love your city and plan to return to spend more time there. We are very happy and satisfied with our decision to use your company during our visit. Claudio represented your company and his city so very well - very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When we return to Rome we will again reach out to arrange your assistance, and if any of our friends or families are coming to the area we will absolutely recommend your services. Transfer da Porto a Roma Hotel
Senza dubbio Fattori Car Service è a mio parere il migliore! La comunicazione dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato il servizio di drop off era eccellente. 1 tempo di strada a Roma e non mi ero reso conto di quanto strette sono le strade in alcuni luoghi, soprattutto dove il nostro hotel era, ma ci ha guidato proprio alla porta di casa. Sarebbe stata una sfida cercare di far rotolare 4 grandi valigie sulla strada di ciottoli. Fattori è d'obbligo!

Ho prenotato Fattori direttamente per andare dal nostro hotel di Roma alla nave da crociera Viking per il nostro gruppo di sei amici. Volevamo visitare anche Civita e Orvieto sulla strada. Ottimo viaggio! Tutto era come previsto - si sono presentati in orario. Ottimo autista. Bellissimi siti. Arrivato alla nave come previsto. Ho inviato diversi messaggi diretti a Fattori elaborando i possibili piani e dettagli e ho sempre avuto risposte tempestive. Consiglio vivamente Fattori.

Abbiamo avuto un autista del servizio auto Fattori incontrarci all'aeroporto e guidarci in un tour di quattro ore di Roma prima di consegnarci al nostro hotel. L'autista, Neil, era giusto in tempo e molto disponibile. Parlava un ottimo inglese ed era molto facile da capire. Sembrava anticipare tutti i nostri bisogni. Avevo preparato una lista di posti che ci piacerebbe vedere con alcuni di loro in auto - bys e gli altri sono fermate, ed è stato in grado di organizzare tutto in modo rapido ed efficiente. Ben fatto Fattori!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️La nostra nave portò a Civitavecchia, circa 1. 5 ore da Roma, e prenotare con FATTORI Car servizio è stata la decisione migliore che abbiamo preso. Il nostro autista, Ando, ci è venuto a prendere prontamente alle 8 del mattino ed è rimasto con noi fino alle 3: 30 PM, dandoci tutto il tempo di vedere i punti salienti di Roma senza sentirci affrettati. Il costo è stato di € 600 totali per il nostro gruppo, e ne è valsa la pena ogni centesimo. Ando era professionale, esperto e andava oltre per rendere il lungo viaggio confortevole e piacevole. Grazie a lui, siamo stati in grado di massimizzare il nostro tempo e goderci veramente la Città Eterna. servizio assolutamente sorprendente — consigliamo vivamente FATTORI Car servizio e soprattutto Ando!
Servizio eccellente ad un ottimo prezzo
Consiglio vivamente Fattori Car servizio. Li abbiamo usati due volte una volta per viaggiare da Roma a Civitavecchia e poi di nuovo da Cititavecchia a FCO. Entrambi i viaggi gli autisti erano puntuali e cortesi. Le vehicals erano spaziose e pulite. I prezzi erano come quotati e ragionevoli rispetto ad altri servizi.

We book Fattori car service a couple of weeks before arriving in Rome. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours…they we there, had cold bottled water for all 8 of us! Very professional meet and greet!! Great driver, and we paid exactly what we were expecting! I would highly recommend and use again!!

Non mi ha colpito. Abbiamo programmato un prompt 7 : 00 del mattino pick-up dato che quello è il più presto siamo riusciti a sbarcare dalla nave e il nostro autista non si è presentato fino alle 7: 20 , mentre eravamo lì dalle 6 : 50 . Dato che il nostro autista si è presentato tardi hanno cercato disperatamente di recuperare il tempo dovuto al fatto che abbiamo fatto un tour privato del Vaticano prontamente alle 8: 20 . Questo ci ha portato ad eccesso di velocità, rapidi cambi di corsia e una guida scomoda. Pagavo per tempestività e comodità non per ritardi e disagi.

TERRIBILE esperienza con il seggiolino!!! Genitori- evitare!!
Scrivo questa recensione per avvisare gli altri genitori che viaggiano con un bambino che ha bisogno di un seggiolino auto in modo da non dover passare attraverso la stessa cosa che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro viaggio a Roma. Io e mio marito siamo andati a Roma per affari e avevamo nostro figlio di 15 mesi con noi. Ho letto un sacco di recensioni sui servizi di auto perché volevo essere sicuro che avevamo un trasporto sicuro per nostro figlio. Abbiamo deciso di prenotare Fattori dopo alcune recensioni positive, ma la nostra esperienza è stata così spaventosa e terribile, voglio sinceramente assicurarmi che altri genitori non prenotino questa azienda. Siamo atterrati a Roma e siamo stati accolti dal nostro autista, che ci ha scortati al veicolo. Voglio dire che tutti i nostri piloti sono stati fantastici. Questa recensione riguarda il proprietario e i seggiolini fornitici. Dopo diverse e-mail avanti e indietro, ci è stato assicurato che avremmo avuto un seggiolino nel furgone che era l'età e il peso appropriato per nostro figlio e che era posteriore. Quando siamo arrivati alla macchina, ci hanno presentato due opzioni. Il primo era un booster - sedile che sembrava non avere alcuna cinghia per il bambino (dovevate usare la cinghia principale come cinghia per il bambino? ? ) . Ovviamente non appropriato per il nostro bambino in quanto potrebbe soffocarlo o sarebbe semplicemente caduto. Il secondo era un seggiolino per neonati e nostro figlio era oltre il limite di altezza e peso per esso. Ma non era nemmeno la parte peggiore. Il sedile era rotto e non aveva modo di attaccarsi al veicolo. La soluzione del guidatore era semplicemente avvolgere la cintura di sicurezza intorno all'esterno del sedile e allacciarla. Non era attaccato al veicolo in alcun modo ufficiale ed era praticamente come mettere un seggiolino sul sedile posteriore. Ci è stato presentato con nessuna opzione sicura per il nostro bambino ed ero ovviamente visibilmente turbato. L'autista ha promesso che avrebbe guidato "sicuro" che è stato apprezzato, ma ovviamente non avrebbe aiutato se qualcuno ci ha colpito e mio figlio è andato volare fuori dal parabrezza. Per fortuna non è successo. Abbiamo spiegato che volevamo sistemare la situazione per il nostro pick-up e che avevamo bisogno di un sedile che sarebbe stato sicuro per nostro figlio (attacchi alla macchina, è appropriato per la sua altezza / peso, ecc ) . Quando siamo stati prelevati diversi giorni dopo, l'auto aveva lo stesso seggiolino che era rotto e non voleva attaccare alla macchina. A questo punto, ero livido e ho chiesto di parlare con il proprietario. L'autista mi ha dato il suo telefono e sono stato accolto da una donna che in pratica mi stava solo urlando contro. La sua unica scusa per non risolvere il problema era che "i seggiolini non sono legalmente richiesti in Italia. " Figo, lo sapevamo ma pagammo a questa compagnia una tariffa PRIME per garantire che nostro figlio fosse al sicuro. Era estremamente scortese al telefono, non voglio nemmeno entrare in quello che ha detto o come ci ha trattati come clienti. Le abbiamo detto che non avremmo pagato il passaggio e lei ha minacciato di farci lasciare in mezzo alla città dall'autista, bloccati. Dopo altre discussioni, il meglio che farebbe è restituirci 10 euro. Siamo finiti in macchina perché non avevamo altra scelta. L'intera esperienza è stata così stressante e semplicemente onestamente inutile . Abbiamo guidato in altri paesi e noleggiato un'auto per la parte successiva di questo viaggio e ci hanno sempre dato seggiolini sicuri. Francamente, questa compagnia dovrebbe essere evitata se sei un genitore, così non devi passare quello che abbiamo fatto noi.
Tour da Roma ai Castelli Romani...Incredibile
Noi ( 12 di noi) prenotato gita di un giorno con Fattori Car Service e siamo andati in campagna. Tour da Roma ai Castelli Romani Abbiamo visitato Castel Gandolfo Lago, Ariccia & Nemi. Siamo stati in grado di esplorare ciascuno, avere meraviglioso pranzo e dolcetti in ciascuno. I nostri autisti Ando & Mimmo sono stati meravigliosi ed è stata la giornata perfetta fuori città.

Quando ho prenotato il trasporto per il nostro viaggio in Italia ero nervoso di prenotare tutte le nostre corse con una compagnia. Dopo aver letto le recensioni ho scelto Fattori e un'altra azienda. Non prenotare nessun altro oltre a Fattori! Fin dall'inizio Federica è stata molto disponibile con le prenotazioni. Avevamo un gruppo di 11 , arrivati in tempi diversi, diretti in diverse località italiane. Sabato 7 di noi sono arrivati a Roma. Siamo stati prelevati da Neil e portato in Toscana. Ci sono stati problemi a trovare la Villa, Neil ha chiamato il custode un paio di volte e ha chiarito come trovare la casa. Dopo un volo di 7 + ore, quasi 4 ore di macchina, i problemi con la ricerca della villa avrebbe potuto essere molto stressante, ma Neil era calmo e fiducioso. Una volta arrivati alla strada vera e propria, abbiamo visto che era una strada collinare molto stretta. Non ideale ma Neil l'ha presa come un'avventura e ci ha messo tutti a nostro agio! Domenica altri 4 sono stati portati da Roma in Toscana, mentre noi 7 siamo stati prelevati per Pisa da Francesco. Era fantastico. Quella notte lui e Antonio venivano a prenderci tutti e 11 per una vigna. Francesco ci ha suggerito di partire presto e ci ha mostrato San Gimignano. Ci è piaciuto e apprezzato lo sforzo extra. Il giorno dopo eravamo programmati per le Cinqueterre, ma il tempo sarebbe stato brutto, Francesco ha escogitato alcune opzioni diverse per noi se volevamo fare qualcos'altro. Abbiamo deciso di sfidare il tempo, così mi ha mandato un piano per la nostra giornata lì. Avevano ombrelli per tutti noi e tracciato la nostra posizione. Ad un certo punto non riusciva a vedere la mia posizione così ha controllato per vedere che stavamo bene. Mio figlio di 21 anni si è seduto davanti a Francesco per tutte le corse e si è divertito a parlare di tutto e di più. Ci teneva davvero a rendere la nostra esperienza piacevole. Il giorno dopo avevamo programmato l'altro servizio auto, sono arrivati in ritardo e quando hanno visto la strada hanno chiamato per dire che si rifiutavano di guidarla. Volevano che percorressimo l'1. 8 miglia lungo la strada collinare e dissestata. Abbiamo detto loro che non potevamo come avevamo anche la famiglia anziana con noi. Se ne sono andati. Ho chiamato Federica e il miracoloso aveva 2 furgoni a prenderci entro un'ora! Ha anche organizzato per noi di avere un passaggio il giorno successivo. Ci saremmo persi una giornata a Firenze e Venezia se non fosse stato per Federica! La mia famiglia ha avuto un meraviglioso viaggio in Italia e ha apprezzato tutto l'aiuto di Fattori, Federica e tutti gli autisti!
