I have used other services over the years and Martin really went above and beyond. I'd had a move reserved with another company and they pushed me back by 8 hours the day of the move. I called Father and Son moving and not only were they able to take the job same day, they showed 4 hours earlier than the previous company could get me in. Great job guys and thank you!!!

I was very pleased with father and son moving service. They were very prompt, professional and careful. They got in a couch that I thought they couldn’t get in and they did a really great job with it. I would use them again!!

They did an AMAZING job. I hired them to move my office. They arrived early, wrapped all my equipment and transported machines that weighed over 300lbs. They had the right truck (with liftgate) to move heavy equipment as well as boxes. All with a smile and care for my items. I highly recommend!

I contacted 3 different movers, all rated highly, the first one's phone number never connected, the second - while supposedly open, didn't answer and the third had a website form asking for the number of boxes to be moved based on size along with various pieces of furniture - I got no reply back from them. Then I found Father and Son Moving Service, checked the reviews excellent, watched a couple testimonial videos both great and so I called fully expecting another voicemail and Martin answered! I kept my composure (it was exciting to finally get hold of someone) and told him that I was looking to hire for a local move. He asked when and I said tomorrow, he asked what time and I asked what time was good for him and he said 8a.m. I said that's great and we went over the basic details of what needed moving, he gave me a quote for 3 movers and the truck, all agreeable terms to me and it was set. Next morning (today) at 8a.m. on the dot Martin and crew arrived and the move was on! They were all courteous, professional and efficient at getting all my things moved and loaded onto the truck with care in under an hour. They were even faster at getting things setup in my new apartment! As anyone who has moved knows, it can be a stress inducing affair. Martin and Son Moving Service takes that stress completely off your plate with grace and a smile and at an affordable rate that's hard to beat. Martin was the best. He was able to fit me in in one days notice. Him and his guys were able to move me in half a day. I am very happy with their service and I would recommend them to any one looking for a mover.

Great experience with these movers. Very responsive (the number I called went direct to Martin's phone, rather than an answering service, dispatcher or office #) so I was able to schedule my move last minute very easily instead of waiting for a call back. Martin, his son, and another teammember were able to come to my home and help empty out two Uhaul UBoxes and move some of the items to my basement and transport the rest on their truck to a storage facility a few miles away. They were able to fit multiple furniture items, boxes of books, numerous art pieces, lots of plastic storage totes, and carefully store a TV in my storage unit which was on the 2nd floor of the building. Despite being an extremely hot and humid day, they didn't slack other than to be very communicative with me early in the day to let me know theybwere going to be half an hour late from their earlier job. When I got that phone call I was expecting a huge delay but I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up only half an hour later and were not rushing through and checked multiple times about where specific items should go given the multiple destinations. Very happy with their service!
