Not Transparent pricing and RUDE Was locked out my Ford Transit Van. They got me in, said it would be $380 dollars for lockout and it would be $700 for a new key. I didn't need a key so I told them to just open the door. They did do that. He sends me a bill of $750!! The tech started yelling at me for complaining about the price and I had to sit there and argue with these guys to reduce the price to something in the realm of reasonable. Would not recommend these guys at all. Use with extreme caution

Absurdly priced service. Highway robbery. This company charged double what every other company charges. From call to completed service was 30 minutes. They charged $180 to open a locked RV door. They of course failed to disclose any price beforehand, and I didn't think to ask based on previous experiences of around 90-$110. $180 for 30 minutes of work including drive time is robbery. Plain and simple. I tried several times calling the company. All I get is a call center in China or India telling me someone from management would return my call. Call never came. I am so dissatisfied and I have no way to talk to a real person to try to discuss what happened. Run away. Run far far away.

NEVER USE THEM. i locked my keys in the car. I called and asked if they took insurance and was told they did. i asked how much and he said they would have to see how long it took. they were 10 minutes away and i was late for an appointment so i said to come on. it took him 3 minutes and he was in the car. i gave him my insurance information and he said they didn't take insurance and the bill was $305.00. back in November i locked my keyes in the car and a different company charged 125.00 and i said $300 was a little much. he said it is what it is. so i Paid and left. They lied about taking insurance and they will not give you a price so they can Charge you a very HIGH price.
