I haven't use them, but I still want to inform people of my issue with them. I returned home after a long day at work, and one of their vas was blocking my garage for almost an hour. I called the number but the recorded voice told me that their offices close at 5pm and there was no other number to call so I had to wait until he showed up. I understand they need to work, but they shouldn't cause issues to unrelated parties.
Turned up quickly and carried out simple filling loop replacement but significantly overpriced compared to other quotes. The cost of the part was MORE THAN DOUBLE what was quoted over the phone.
Bear in mind they will round up the time to the next hour even if it's only part way through.
Won't be using again and would not recommend if you have other options.
Excellent company and excellent service provided by the team. I had an emergency plumbing issues with my shower and my boiler was also due a service. The bathroom issues were swiftly sorted and the boiler was given a great service and update and the central heating is working so much better. The team were dedicated going above and beyond in ensuring my boiler was fit for purpose (and extending its life for a few more years). Most grateful for their efforts and for their excellent manners too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Have called these guys a few times now for help in my flat - the first time to help fix an expansion vessel tank which had fallen from the wall from the previous owner. Also a boiler service. And most recently to fix an urgent pipe leak, called and they were able to send someone within an hour, who identified the issue immediately and helped to fix as well as help remove the water leak from the floor. They were the first company I called, and will definitely call again. Both engineers who've helped have been lifesavers! Highly recommend.
