Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to address some points. Firstly, we only charged £213.60 and we never said we fixed your boiler. We explained that we got the boiler working for now, but we cannot say how long for, as the system was full of sludge, as the system was old and had years of neglect. That is what had caused the three-port valve to stop working. Our decision not to change the three-port valve was driven by the consideration of providing you with a lasting solution. Replacing the valve alone might have provided a temporary fix, but the underlying issue of sludge within the system would have persisted, leading to recurring problems in the future. We are committed to finding the most suitable and lasting solutions for our customers. We apologize if our communication did not adequately convey the reasoning behind our recommendations.
