Came in for my first time and got a facial but accidentally booked the wrong one online. My specialist was very straight forward, matter of fact, and came off a little cold and short when trying to make conversation. I tried to ask her if I could upgrade my facial and she said it was too late for any add-ons and to make sure I book the right facial next time. Wow! Oddly enough, I was the only client in the building when I arrived and left. The facial felt quick and rushed, even a little careless as the girl got some of the cleanser in my eye which burned…All just very unfortunate and certainly not the spa day I hoped for, considering my 65 hour work week!! At the very least, the receptionist was a sweetheart and the vibe inside is very relaxing and pretty.. Thinking of returning but would definitely book with someone different !!

Touch and Glow Med Spa was WONDERFUL!!!! The Staff at the front desk to the RN, Aesthetician's, and any other staff member we met today. They all went out of their way to help us. We came in as a group of three, and they had already scheduled each one of us at a certain time for our appointments. There was one person in our group that needed to be first and they had scheduled her last. We ask if they could change the schedule and make her first and me last, and without any hesitation they changed the schedule for us. What an amazing Office and group of people.
Plus - We all walked out there looking like we were 45 again!!!

Love the services touch and glow offer. I've tried many different types. Spray tans, botox, emsculpting they have been amazing. Love the family vibe they give.

Fantastic experience. New to the area and searching for spa touch ups and was blown away by the knowledge and attention to detail taken. Bottom line: Someone dropped the ball, and I was not scheduled for my requested spa service. I wasted my morning calling and driving to their facility for an appointment that did NOT exist. I wanted to look good for a wedding and was sorely disappointed instead. Please read below for my entire experience.
On Saturday, April 15, 2023, I called and booked an appointment for the Custom Organic Airbrush Tan at Touch and Glow Med Spa. I provided all my details over the phone and was told I would receive instructions for my appointment via email. I have yet to receive the email, so I called a couple of hours before my appointment on Monday to learn the instructions. No one answered, and I left a voicemail explaining my situation.
While I was driving to my appointment, I finally received a callback. I explained that I was nearly at the spa, and the following transpired:
1. The staff member told me that she was returning my call.
2. She informed me that I did NOT have a scheduled appointment.
3. She explained that the employee who was to provide my airbrush tan had an "emergency" and could not provide the service.
I explained that I had booked the appointment over the phone, possibly with her, and was perplexed at how the spa did not have my information. The caller responded that they had a "profile" for me but not an appointment listed. I asked if I could schedule for another time this week. The soonest they could get me in for the airbrush tan was Thursday when I'd be flying out of town to attend my family member's wedding. As I prepaid for the airbrush tan on Groupon and cannot use it as intended, I requested a refund from Groupon.
