☺Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist super, da Meer, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt, etc. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

☺ This has to be the easiest booking ever. Where do I start? Well, my wife and me were looking for a two night stay somewhere close to the main square in central Puerto del la Cruz and the Fantastico apartments popped up in our on-line search. The images and descriptions fitted exactly and so we booked. From this point onwards was so seamless. We received very welcoming messages from Helmut and Irina, whom just want to please and provide the very best for their guests.
They sent a link to Google Maps which guided us via voice commands through the city streets directly to the front of the Fanstasico apartments [# 1-4].
We received clear and concise dedicated parking instructions together with how to retrieve the keys from a secure lockbox specially coded only for us. They made it all so easy for us.
We stayed in apt 4. and upon entry we were taken aback with delight. It was absolutely spotless! A studio that had everything you can think of to make your stay perfect. Lovely decor and interesting artwork throughout the studio gave a welcoming atmosphere and everything you need is readily available. The kitchen area is loaded with all you need from pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc modern hob, even a coffee machine, all spotlessly clean and tidy.
The large bathroom, again, has everything you need for a short stay, and the large walk-in shower is simply bliss.
The main studio area is fitted out so professionally with a/c, TV, wardrobe, small sofa and double bed which was extremely comfortable.
An abundance of electric sockets throughout and even USB charging points.
The whole experience was topped with a complimentary bottle of Champagne, such a lovely touch.
Honestly, if you ever need a place to stay, The Fantasico apartments have all you'll need! and more!

☺Appartamento completo di tutto quello che può servire per una breve vacanza (anche quello a cui non avevate pensato). Tutto molto moderno e ben organizzato. Istruzioni di utilizzo perfette.
Posizione centrale ma fuori dal caos della zona più trafficata.
E soprattutto la disponibilità di parcheggio privato.

נתחיל מהתקשורת עם בעל הבית הלמוט, שמראש יוצר קשר ומנסה להתאים את המקום לצרכים שלכם. נמשיך במיקום המעולה ( קרוב לגן החיות לורו ולמרכז העיירה, שניהם במרחק הליכה ), האבזור של החדרים בכל מה שצריך, הניקיון, העובדה שיש חניה ( לא היינו בשיא העונה, אבל אני בטוח שאז זה יותר משמעותי ) וכמובן המחיר שהיה הוגן. שימו לב שאולי אין מיזוג אבל החדר מאובזר גם במאורר עם רסס מים אם חם מידי. יש בעיה קלה ששומעים מה אומרים בחדר הסמוך והמים החמים מוגבלים אבל חוץ מזה מומלץ בחום.

Klimaanlage wird gerade in diesem Monat eingebaut. Eigentlich ist es im April nicht so warm auf Teneriffa, aber wir hatten gerade Kalima (Saharawind) in diesen Tagen.
Ja, bei lauten Nachbarn kann man ab und zu was hören, da die Wände nicht wie in einem Hotel 35 cm dick sind. Kommt aber eigentlich selten vor und ich regle das auf Reklamation / Nachfrage.
Bzgl. Warmwasser. Der Warmwasserboiler ist umweltfreundlich konstruiert und es dauert etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten, bis er nach dem Duschen wieder vollständig aufgeladen ist.

☺ Great location close to the beach, the main square and some lovely restaurants. Exceptionally clean with very attentive and responsive hosts.
The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos and is very well stocked with everything you might need!

☺ Everything you need, perfect location between the beach with black sand and the city center, the host very attentive to details (Netflix set in the guests' language). Parking.

Séjour très agréable au global malgré ces petites réserves
☺Appartement moderne parfaitement équipé.Propreté irréprochable, accueil (par messagerie) sympathique et très réactif.
☹L’appartement est au premier étage et donne sur la rue, ce qui limite un peu l’intimité de la petite terrasse et nécessite d’occulter systématiquement le volet de la sub. Par ailleurs le stationnement privatif alloué est systématiquement entravé par des véhicules en stationnement interdit. Malgré un véhicule (Renault Captur) de taille moyenne, j’ai dû faire de nombreuses manœuvres pour sortir….

☺ I liked the whole apartment. In the bathroom was a high tech shower with a soothing and nice big showerhead for lingering showers
The kitchen was well equipped, and all the rooms had nice sized windows.
☹ The two tiers of stairs leading to the apartment needed a railing, as I am elderly.
And, at times, I could hear the people in adjacent apartments.

☺ Very clean room! Parking next to house. Excellent location. Sunny terrace. All what you need is there. Very careing host.
