Location and store hours provided on Google is incorrect. Less than "Fantastic" experience when a business wastes your time

Hi Chris! I'm sorry for the frustrating experience you had with this. Technology isn't our forte, we are working on fixing the map drop issue and don't know why it sent you to the wrong address.
fantastic games is amazing with a wide variety of games!! i do not shop at walmart or target anymore but only fantastic games. the amazing part is that they are direct providers for florida’s education scholarship! I had a minor issue with some items being shipped and stephanie was very quick to respond via email and by phone. she rectified my problem with no problem and was so friendly and polite. she has truly turned the business around with her friendliness and amazing customer service. thank you!
Not a store front anymore apparently, only shipping. Not posted on the website and still active on google maps.
EDIT: It’s now updated on google maps and the location has been removed from the website.

We have it listed as such on our Google page as such. We are in the process of moving to Kissimmee. It will be a great store there. I asked that you take that in consideration and remove your review.

I don’t know what store other reviewers are talking about, but the one I visited today at Shoppes at Reunion is only a mail order warehouse with no public access to browse. Very disappointing as although a staff member asked if I wanted a game in particular, I just wanted to have a look around.
EDIT : I’m on vacation from the UK and therefore won’t be here when the new premises open in March, but thank you for replying below.

Don't go here. This location has closed and is only a warehouse now. They don't have a walk in store that you can browse through.

Unfortunately the store is only for shipping games, it's not open theto the public. They have a ver large selection of boardgames (7000+) but you have to purchase online.
Again, there is no walk-in service currently.

Hi Agustin! We do have a walk-in service for customers. People come up frequently, tell us what they want, and we sell it to them. It's just a limited selection for in-store purchases, and it is mainly focused on Yotos, Magna-tiles, Tonies, and select board games. Everything beyond that is an online-only service, yes. I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help at the time.
I highly recommend if you're looking for great quality! Nick helped us significantly when there was a slight mix up with our order. They went above and beyond to make things right, and our order DID NOT disappoint! The random rares we ordered absolutely showed they take their time to curate a great variety of goodies in their bundles. We'll be repeat customers for sure!
