Unfortunately, this firm cannot be trusted to follow through with its commitments. It is understandable that the firm is busy and that schedules are fluid at times, but this does not justify failing to honor your word and showing disrespect to my family. In dealing with courts, being timely is paramount. I would expect a professional, experienced firm to be aware of this axiom.
My family's concerns may not be of importance to Fairway Law, but they are everything to me. Thankfully, the free market provides other alternatives to the Fairway Law Group.
**Since posting my review, the firm has decided to double down on incompetence. Nowhere did I claim to be a client as we never got that far. The initial consultation was a disaster, only a fool would engage this organization further. I was treated with disrespect, and the serious issues facing my family were dismissed by this firm. Totally unprofessional. We can all do better than Fairway Law Group. This information is completely accurate.
