My wife needed a last-minute alteration on her bridesmaid dress with same-day service. They did exactly what we asked on the alterations with same-day service! Weddings can be very stressful and they made my wife’s day by getting this perfect.!!!! thank you very much!

Disappointing Experience at PJ Alterations with the owner and feel bad that I need to write this review. The issue and the way I was treated was awful. I have been a loyal customer for years; however, I must express my disappointment and shock with the way my request to return one item for alteration was handled. During my visit, I had initially requested alterations for several items. However, upon further consideration, I decided that one of the items did not require alterations after all. I returned to the shop promptly, within 20 minutes of my initial visit, to inform the owner of my decision. I was surprised and when I was informed that I would be charged for the alteration, despite the short timeframe and the fact that only one item out of several was being returned. The owner was very rude to me and kept repeating that she is too busy. She also kept saying there are no re-do's on any alterations that she does. I understand that businesses have policies in place, but I believe that in this particular situation, there could have been more flexibility and understanding extended. I left the shop extremely disappointed and in shock with the way she handled the situation. It was very upsetting and I will not go back to PJ Alterations or recommend Pj Alterations. In the "past" they were wonderful and easy to work so I hope that in the future, there can be more consideration for individual circumstances and a willingness to accommodate reasonable requests.

I've been to two other alterations places in Carmel. All three did great work. What set PJs apart was how friendly they were. The prices were more competitive there, and she threw in a free pressing on top of it. She did a great job altering my daughter's prom dress. Will definitely go back!

I got all my suits tailored for work at roses alterations in Brownsburg and unfortunately they left them butchered to the point where I looked like I was wearing a child suit on my first day After hearing from several other tailors, that they were unable PJs was able to not fix them, but they looked better than new! I’ve been here ever since and I won’t trust another Taylor with my clothes! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever!

Just took in a prom dress to be altered and hemmed. PJ was patient and explained why she made her recommendations. We always go to her for the perfect fit. She is exceptional!

They did an outstanding job! I had 4 pairs of jeans that I wore holes in on the inner thigh. I took all 4 pairs and they look brand new. Just for reference, I paid $70 to repair multiple jeans and holes. For the quality of work it was definitely worth the price. I would rather pay $70 to fix 4 jeans instead of spending $200+ to replace all my jeans. Thanks!
